Far too slow.. More than 4 hours later my account has not received the ETH. Will not use this as an option again

Beware of this company. I am out of a lot of money due to them. After researching them I discovered that they are associated with a number of financial scams and frauds. It is better to use a more well known crypto exchange like Blockchain or Kraken.

Initiated a buy order of $2148.51 worth of crypto from them. When the value of the crypto I ordered increased to $2742 they cancelled the transaction. The transaction details: TF_CDQHJQZQB7T $2,148.51 USD They refused to honor the original order even after emailing them several times. Although this is not much to worry over, it is unethical and dishonorable. For that reason I still want the original order fulfilled. When the issue is resolved I will revise this review.

This is the most difficult experience I have had with making a payment to you. I have used my Mastercard for payment since I starting using your service and don't understand why this has change. You are charging a surcharge also which seems to also be a change. I will be making sure no strange transaction occur on my debit card.

i haven't got my item

It took so longto accept payment had to try several credit cards then it took for ever to send a code. Has to be simpler

too complicated of process

I bought 620 dollars, which they gave me only 580 in eth, they are robbing me, I do not recommend them
