Transaction has been confirmed never arrived in my wallet!!

They get your money and THEN ask for verification while withholding the transfer. But the verification process only allows for Businesses. All this should have been clear from the start and there should be an option to cancel. They ask for everything, bank accounts, business papers, the whole nine yards. And cannot be reached

Not got my Bitcoin “buy” transaction in my BitPay Bitcoin wallet, neither in my two Bitcoin “sub-wallets”... did I just get ripped off?wt@!$!

The fees disclosed at the beginning of the transaction DOUBLED once payment was completed. Not cool!!!

Made a purchase on a fake website for a ring. Supposedly paid by credit card on Open Node Inc. Got a receipt for a ring. The site is now under investigation. I challenged the charge with my credit card company. Sure responded with blank screen shots they said I filled out and some transaction numbers I have no clue what they are or mean. I was scammed and they are allowing scammers to use their services. NOT SECURE! I am forwarding the blank screen shots they claim I saw or filled out to the lawyers investigating the fake site.

The fee said 6 dollars and change, i bought the crypto then the receipt said the fee was $12. At NO POINT before my purchase was i told the fee was going to randomly double for no reason without warning at all. Keep the 6 bucks, i will never use your service again and ill be quite vocal about warning others not to use it too.

Took my money but gave me nothing in return! The email response has left me convinced that they and any company that uses them are probably scammers. After that I got the message something went wrong, the amount of £67.21 (gbp) then appeared on my bank statement under pending, but no Ether appeared in my Metamask. The code on my bank statement was WYRE- . There are two instances of this transaction code on my bank statement, one for £0.10, and the other for the amount I tried to purchase of £67.21 (including your fee). Please can you either send me the Ether, or cancel the charge on my bank account please. I'm not sure why I'm having all of these problems, I successfully made a purchase with you of £36.96 yesterday, and that appeared in my Metamask instantly. Thanks Michael.
