The amount charged for the Wyre fee was about 33% more than the amount shown in the preview for the transaction

I have asked this company for my money back as my Bank went ahead and paid despite I told them not to. Been asking the company to refund me for weeks, but they ignore my requests. What can I do to get my money back? It was never traded and someone is sitting on it.

My credit card got hacked, and was used through this company. I'm sure not the companies fault, but still raises concerns for me.

Initiated a transfer that was supposed to only take a few minutes but instead took a few hours. Because I didn't know what was happening with the transaction, I went with a different vendor and requested a refund immediately from Wyre within their guidelines. Several months later they told my banking institution that they sent the wyre within the right timing which is completely untrue.

Far too expensive I will avoid using you again.

I’ve had around 3 transactions fail that we’re basically taken from my bank account. I never received any confirmations, but funds were still taken from my bank account. After speaking with their customer services they basically gave me the same old usual “wait 3 days to get back your money”. That never happened, I had to go call my bank to dispute the transactions. Here’s a piece of advice for this company. Stop using scripted responses and actually try to look into the issue. Never using this company ever again and I urge everyone to not use it at all.

High fee and +$200 exchange rate

Overcharged the hell out of me.
