I bought 50 usd of ETH and I had wyres…
I bought 50 usd of ETH and I had wyres fees of 5$ and network fees of 7.57$. I agreed to those fees and it cost me 62.57 usd for the transaction. Only couple minutes later I got the ETH in my account but it showed 46 usd which is direct fraud. I don't have the amount of eth I paid for...... Disappointment

You guys just stole $50 from me
You guys just stole $50 from me. $25 in transaction fees and more importantly another $25 is ridiculous exchange rates.

The transaction was for the INCORRECT…
The transaction was for the INCORRECT amount. I wanted to purchase $800 worth of ETH but it only did $100. Now fees are wasted and this is very damn frustrating.

Fraud
As usual, after ordering $300 worth of ETH, you guys charged me $320 (which is fine). However, you only transferred $282 worth of ETH. If my license wasn't expiring within the next 30 days, I would not have used you guys because it's always fraud taking place. Then, your excuse is the asset was very volatile and that's why there's a price difference. I wouldn't lose $18 so quickly during this time unless I was buying an entire either and in 3 minutes the price of ether didn't move. In my account I should have seen $300 as the deposit and the amount should have reflected an increase or decrease from there. Instead, I show $282 as the deposit amount, just like I've told you guys before. This entity is making a 'killing' and there is no need to steal from us. It's fraudulent and I'm waiting for the class action suit.

UX Not Intuitive
I will admit that it's possible I wasn't paying attention, but the interface was not entirely intuitive. I thought I was buying $500 worth of ETH, when in fact I only purchased $5.00 worth. This will ultimately result in me paying additional fees for the transfers.

it wont let me purchase more than 200 $…
it wont let me purchase more than 200 $ worth of eth, but i got my ID approved and it said that i can purchase $2.5K word of eth daily !
