Hey J, Thank you for leaving your review. We understand that waiting on a pending transaction can cause worry. It sounds like you may be waiting on an ACH transfer to complete. If you are having trouble locating your transfer we would love to check into this with you. ACH transfers generally take 5 business days from creation to delivery. This is because ACH transfers use the traditional banking system, so instant transfers are not an option.
