From what you've explained here it seems like these fees would be the network fees. During times of high network activity there can be unusually large network fees associated with cryptocurrency transfers. These mining fees are not set by or paid to Wyre or our wallet partners though we do apologize for any confusion in the messaging prior to initiating your buy. If you placed a purchase through your debit/credit card, this should deliver instantly but can take a few hours if there's high blockchain traffic. If you purchased through your bank account, these transactions can take up to 5 business days to be delivered.
