You took $360out of my bank account
You took $360out of my bank account. Why??? Nothing mentioned to me that had to pay a fee and coincidentally it’s the same of money that was in my account. I don’t know what this about but to me this amount of is huge for me. I need an explanation asap or I will get the authorities involved. Can you explain this to me? If this is is really my bill, just explain to me what this is.

Hidden fee charged more than my purchase
I tried to buy 2 USD worth of ETH but I got charged a 5$ fee from WYRE. I think that's ridiculous and unfair, since at no point during the process was I told there would be such a fee, until AFTER the payment was confirmed. I could have gone over my balance without knowing it. I was just trying out a wallet for the first time, already have to pay money just to use it and now this. Not really a friendly first experience.

I made my purchase on 5/2/2022 and have called 3 times. I have been given different answers each time. I have not gotten my eth credited to my metamask and was promised a refund, I still have not been credited. This is very discouraging. I still do not have, my $832.66. Not happy with the service.
