We have been using SendSafely with Zendesk for several years. The software adds many much-needed features to Zendesk, including large file sizes and file expiry. The entire team at SendSafely has been a joy to work with and is always ready to help us when we need it. They've helped us with custom features and helped us adopt new features along the way.

Ease of use, integrations, security features, api automations, SSO, AI integrations, Gmail plug in. This is the most functional platform I’ve ever used with so many integrations I don’t even know where to start. Our company is built on google, but we use Zendesk for our ticketing platform. Being able to host the connectors on our Amazon instance, retain our own data and integrate SendSafely with Zendesk has been a game changer. The sidebar app is so easy to use and we have full control over all the data. What an incredible product! I’ve been recommending this to everyone!
