The tech doesn't always work as intended, and I am still struggling because they took too long to update their software to cope with global changes to Internet infrastructure, but I cannot fault their customer support team who always try their hardest to solve the issue or find a work around. Once again they have helped me solve the problem..

Anna K. was excellent, She put me in an excellent mood and she resolved my issue extremely fast. She also provided an in-depth explanation of the issue when I asked as I needed to complete a report on my end. I am impressed with the quality of my experience.

For a few days nobody had answer the chat. But today, Anna K was there and gave me some tips to resolve my problem.
