I ordered a video book. I received it and it would not charge once the battery died. When I contacted them, they sent out a replacement right away. The product is great and customer service is great as well.

The online portal to design and customize books is easy to use and includes a fairly robust set of options, like uploading custom fonts. We need these to be on brand with our organization, and we can achieve that. So we'll continue to use Heirloom! We have had to work through customer service for a problem that was on our side of transaction, and customer service is responsive and kind ... couldn't ask for better. I received a video book with a defect that didn’t shut off. Heirloom was very responsive and sent a new book already preloaded with our videos/pictures. They had great customer service!
