While I was making my video book; I had a number of questions. Every time that I sent an email to Heirloom, I received a response back within a day or less. I felt that I was becoming a pest and then I received a phone call from Randi! She took the time and had the patience to help me finish my video book. These books are amazing. I have used them to showcase custom songs and life photos/videos clips for family. Everyone loves how it opens like a card and plays music with home videos. It it nice to record messages and stories. It comes with a charger and shows when the battery runs low. The website is easy to use and user friendly. Customer service is the best. I just love love love this product.
