Paid 160 for nothing it was suppose to be a hersey basket no hersey candy basket was far from deluxe was a super small dollar store basket large teddy bear was the size of a carnival consolation prize and no balloons I order 5 mylar and 5 latex balloons and none came with it

I wish I looked at reviews before ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral! Was told by email the flowers were not delivered due to not being at funeral home receptionist at funeral home stated no one tried to deliver flowers called and was on hold for 20mins a lady got on the line placed me on hold hung up I called again and was given the run around will never use again!!

I wish I could have check reviews yesterday before ordering the flowers fir my friend. I saw a beautiful bouquet on this website and after I received an email saying she got them I asked her for s picture and OMG what she received was nothing like I ordered, missing a lot of rosses and look like my 6 year old did it some of the flowers same type were together and not spread terrible terrible, looked a lot cheaper bouquet that the one i ordered. This website should not exist!! They lie to customers

The worst flower delivery ever! They will deliver the flowers when they want, NOT on the day you choose. So many other companies out there to buy from. Do yourself a favor and use another company. Will never order flowers from SendFlowers.com again!

Worst company ever! I ordered here and after three (!) months they still haven’t delivered. Every time I call they promise to deliver on short notice but they don’t. Calling their service desk is the worst. It takes super long before you get someone on the line, even longer for them to ‘check your order’, and it’s never helpful. On average the call takes me 30 minutes just to hear them say they can’t help. Pushing for a refund but (not surprisingly) that is also taking me forever. Never order here!

If i could give ZERO stars I would! DO NOT USE THIS company! I placed my order 3 days in advance for birthday gift my order was almost $100.00 which is crazy expensive but i thought this company looked legit. I get a email day before saying the florist can not deliver because the recipient address was to rural oh give me a break! Its in puyallup. Then they told me to call them and have a different arrangement sent via ups. They gave me a option of roses. I was like no...then she tells me i can have the arrangement i picked sent to my address instead. After being on hold for 20mins she tells me okay the flowers will be delivered to you. NOW today when the flowers were supposed to be delivered i get another email around 5pm saying that arrangement is out of stock but they can find a replacment! However i need to contact them directly! Is this a joke!? I did not even get a phone call! What happens if i did not check my email ? I called back and being on hold again for 20mins and requested my full order be refunded to my credit card. Now my family memeber will not have her flowers on her special day! My advice call a local florist and see what your options are because these third party flower delivery sellers are just awful! And also over priced! My suspicion is this company puts "beautiful arrangements " on their website and then pretends the item is out of stock or a delivery issue so they can send a cheap @ss replacement and pocket the money! They would not even tell me which local florist they send my order too! That is how i know it is all BS! They probably make their own arrangements from cheap low quality flowers and send them out. I find it odd that almost every review on here states that the item could not be delivered or it was not available so other "option" can be ordered! SENDFLOWERS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BBB!! I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND STOP RIPPING OFF PEOPLE AND RUINING SPECIAL OCCASIONS! 😡

This was the worst service. I ordered a sympathy fruit basket for a close family. I received an email saying that it was delivered at 1130 on 3/27. At 530 the same day I received another email saying that it couldn't be delivered. After speaking to a representative on 3/28 they then said they didn't have the fruit to make the basket.. Then asked if I would pick flowers instead. I agreed and was told they would get them delivered that day ASAP.. Next email was they couldn't deliver it to the recipients area.. I told the representative to cancel my order and i will never use this service again - she hung up on me

Made the excuse that the florist didnt have what i ordered...and then sent the cheapest ugly flowers tonmynfriend for her birthday. Wish this company would disappear.
