This company should be put out of business they are scammers who only care about taking people’s money. I tried ordering some flowers to be delivered to my bfs moms apartment as today is her birthday and tomorrow is Mother’s Day. However, come to find out they were never delivered and when I call to see why they have not been delivered is because they state that the address I gave them is wrong. Clearly though I did give them the correct address but they tell me I need to contact UPS to tell them they can deliver to said address. Why is this my job when you had the right address the entire time. The lady I spoke to didn’t even say sorry let alone even pretend like she cares. I’m now doubting they were even sent at all and they probably thought they could just get away with taking my money and me not saying anything. I requested a refund on my order which they state is in the process but I’ll be surprised if I actually get my money back. Lesson learned I will read the reviews of the flower company I order from in the future because this horrible excuse of a flower company is nothing but a waste of time and a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK!!!

Horrible experience, I ordered Mother's Day flowers on April 25 for a May 8 delivery and its end of the day on the 9th and still no flowers!!

Paid $85 for flowers with Roses, Lilies and Iris'. Got Carnations and week old lilies delivered. I ordered blue and orange, I got white and red. It's ridiculous. If you had a bad experience with this company, I URGE you to spread the word. Twitter, instagram, facebook, reddit, google, yelp, friends/family! IF YOU PAID VIA CREDIT CARD, OPEN A DISPUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET A REFUND! IF YOU PAID VIA PAYPAL, OPEN A CLAIM FOR ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED TO GET A REFUND! This company does NOT deserve your money for the crap they send out!

I ordered my mom and my mother in-law flowers for Mother's Day. I went with the "best value" deluxe and premium set of flowers. My mother in-law for her flowers today; half of them were wilted and dead and didn't even have the scent of flowers. They were overpriced and charged extra for a clear vase. Their deluxe best value consists of a handful of dead flowers and leafy greens for decoration. It was not worth the price tag!! Considering my mother in-laws flowers were mostly dead for next day delivery; I expect my moms bouquet will probably be the same way. Don't waste your money; find a professional florist!!

I ordered a lovely sunflower bouquet for my Mother's Birthday. There were no sunflowers and the bouquet looked cheap. Customer Service offered a replacement with the correct flowers and sent the same cheap, incorrect flowers again. When I shared my dissatisfaction with Customer Service, they offered a $20 coupon for another purchase. I declined and asked for a total refund. It should be put back on my credit card in a few days. Fingers crossed.

Needs a zero star- flowers arrived wilted and half dead. Best they would do was a 50% refund, oh and they don’t use local florists. Spend your money elsewhere!!

My first order as a new customer, ordered Easter gifts basket for my grand kids they were not delivered. I called SF they said they were sorry they would be delivered the next day they said I would get the delivery refund. Never got refund called SF they refunded it. Then placed another order told them I had an email I had earned 12.07 can I use that? Chris the rep said is there a code I said no he said cant use it, but they sent me the email. WTH. Then I had another for free ship for mothers day he said I would get that, they did not. Had to call back today to demand that return. They disconnected the call did not bother calling back I had to call them back. They said they will refund, 2x dealing with this nonsense over an hour on hold I'm done will never order from them again and will never recommend them.

Ordered 4 “ Baskets” of flowers for my daughters for May Day... none of the flowers looked anything like what I picked from pictures.. none of the flowers were in baskets... they were in ugly plain glass and the flowers didn’t even come close to resembling the pictures I selected... plus I ordered candy to go with flowers and they charged me but didn’t deliver the chocolates.... and was a very sketchy delivery service just a couple of women in a beat up old car!!! Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!!
