I ordered an arrangement on May 5th to be delivered on Mother's Day between 9 and 6 p.m. . My order was never delivered. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes or more. They told me they couldn't get ahold of the florist but offered me a 30% discount if I would let them deliver it the next day. I accepted this offer and the following day, the day after Mother's Day, once again no delivery. I called again and was on hold for 20 minutes just to be disconnected. Call back again demanding to speak to a supervisor. The same person came back on the phone and offered me a 20% discount to have it delivered the following day 2 days after Mother's Day. This made me absolutely irate and I demanded a refund. I will never do business with this company again. Beware

It was Mom's 90th Birthday ON Mothers Day and I ordered the premium of My selection. I had a confirmation by email it was paid for and to be delivered the day before. It NEVER CAME! I called on Monday, the day after mothers day to find out they tried to deliver on a different day with a possible attempt on the day I'd requested and been confirmed for but that didn't happen either. Mothers Day Birthday came and went with NO flowers! The best they would do, despite offering same day delivery, was get them out by Wednesday and offered a 20% discount. I of course canceled the order entirely and placed My order elsewhere to be delivered today, the Monday AFTER Mothers Day Birthday. I did promise a nice review so, thank you very little Sendflowers.com

I would never recommend this company! I placed an order 3 weeks in advance. They don’t send you out a tracking number or any kind of email letting you know anything! My delivery not got delivered! I called and spoke to a lady and she said they’ll be there today. Comes to find out they never got sent! I have called and email! No response! Horrible customer service and experience! Do not waste your time or money!

Do NOT order flowers form this place. They charged me over $60 for a bouquet for my mom on Mother's Day that never arrived. They even emailed me to say it was delivered even though it wasn't. I have emailed their customer service and no one has answered me. This place is a total scam, I am disputing the charge as we speak. I have half a mind to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Flowers never came on Mother’s Day when I called at 4:30pm they told me the flowers would be delivered by 7pm They never came and they wouldn’t even compensate me then best they can do is redeliver them WEDNESDAY three days after Mother’s Day!!! Don’t waste your time and money... I got hung up the second time I called and the 3rd call lasted 55 minutes. Waste of time.

My daughter ordered a house plant on Monday to be delivered on Saturday for Mother’s Day and this company let her down and me as well. She called today and was told that they could deliver on Thursday for 40% off. How about you deliver when requested. Do not trust this company. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and we will be waiting on our refund within 1-3 days if it is not there we will report them to the Attorney Generals Office. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Order from Proflowers.com they have amazing customer service and if your delivery isn’t there on time they give you a refund.

Awful. Just awful!!!! I am so incredibly angry right now. I ordered Mother's day flowers on May 1st to be delivered the DAY BEFORE (the 9th) Mother's Day. The florist never delivered them, so I called ON Mother's Day early in the morning and Sendflowers apologized and said the florist would definitely have them out today (Mother's Day). This was after being on hold for 20 minutes, getting disconnected and having to call back again and wait another 20. 5:00pm on Mother's Day (Sunday) my mother had not received her flowers. So I called Sendflowers again. After 35 minutes on hold, was told NOW that "because of the amount of orders, the pandemic, and lack of flowers" that they will not be delivered until WEDNESDAY. I cancelled my order. I am so livid right now. Not only would it not be delivered on Mother's Day (after I had ordered 10 days prior, and was supposed to be delivered on SATURDAY) but it now wouldn't even be delivered on time for Mother's Day. I asked which florist it was and they wouldn't tell me!!!! That's such BS!! Why would they tell me the morning of Mother's Day that it wouldn't be delivered instead of PROMISE it would (then later told its because they have a lack of flowers!!??) GTFO. I'm so mad. I drove around at 5:30p at night looking for some left over flowers I could give my mom. Finally found some unbloomed flowers and gave them to her at 8pm! Had they notified me sooner that they wouldn't be able to complete that delivery, I would have been able to get my MOTHER something DECENT. They had no remorse what so ever. I will NEVER be using them again, and I will be telling my friends also.

Horrible company. I used them for Mothers day and wanted them delivered Saturday 5-9. My mom waited all day and no flowers delivered. They gave me the run around and sent me an email that they would refund 40% of my order. I'm telling them right now if I don't receive a 100 % refund were going to have a problem. Everyone needs to report them to the better business bureau. Honestly as many people that have complained this should be reported to the media.
