Horrible! I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday..they never arrived!I I worried that by 5pm on day expected ,(tho they deliver till 6pm) I better call to see where the flowers were, they said they were to go out next day..not true!..then they said they pulled up wrong order. They told me they would contact a florist ASAP & get them delivered..It didnt happen..I contacted them on the online chat at 2am .They said they would credit me on this as they have a satisfaction guarantee then told me they would like to send out a complimentary designer's choice arrangement in good faith later that day..I let my friend know the situation & something would be coming..THAT NEVER ARRIVED EITHER!.so I call to tell them this..they tell me since I canceled order that they could now, not send this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE .! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. They do not honor what they say & do not stand by their word

ORDERED FLOWERS FOR A FRIENDS HUSBANDS FUNERAL AND SHE NEVER RECIEVED THE FLOWERS. BUT THE SENDFLOWERS.COM SURE TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF ACCOUNT AND THEN THE GUY FORM THE COMPANY ASKED FOR MY ORDER # TOLD HIM MY NAME I SIAD THE ORDER WAS UNDER MY NAME PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR MY BANK WILL,SO THE GUY HUNG UP ON ME. SO NOW MY BANK IS INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER. VERY VERY POOR BUSSINESS PRACTICE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM WILL NEVER BUY ONLINE AGAIN.

I ordered same day delivery i kept calling them and their automated system kept saying it’s out for delivery So finally called and spoke with a rep they said they were unable to reach the florist call back in an hour which was passed the delivery expected time After calling back in an hour They offered me a 30% discount and a next day delivery I told them Uh No! It defeats the purpose of same day delivery Requested a refund THEY ADVERTISE LIES!!!!!! Satisfaction isn’t guaranteed.

This was by worst floral company I ever have had the pleasure of dealing with. Horrible customer service absolutely unacceptable flower arrangement. My mom received her mother's day floral arrangement 3 days after mother's and to make matters worst it was embarrassing how the arrangement was done with only 3 flowers. Customer service said they will do a redelivery a week later with up grade. Stupid me believed them, waited a week and a half later for my mom to get her mother's day delivery and guess what she never got it. Just got off the phone with them and got everything credited back. Hopefully they are going to do that right. Will never do any business with them ever. If you want to be disappointed and embarrassed this would be the company for you.

Didn’t deliver on time, didn’t deliver flowers I picked out, arrived half destroyed, won’t ever order from this company again and neither should you.

I have never had an issue with Send Flowers until now. I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. I received an email that the delivery had been made, but when I called the nursing home to confirm, I was told the flowers had not been received. Got the runaround from SendFlowers and they offered to return the one day delivery charge. Checked a few days later and still no flowers. I continue to get excuses and no satisfaction to correct the poor service. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought Mother’s Day flowers on the website a week early asking to be delivered on the 9th. Order was delayed until the 11th, but never showed up. Called customer service and were only able to give me a 30% refund on an item they never delivered. Terrible delivery company, bad customer service, and cannot keep their promises. Do not buy from this company
