I’ve ordered a premium fruit basket for my sister’s b-day, that later on her neighbor found lying on the floor in a different part of the building. Isn’t that beautiful? One day before the delivery date I’ve contacted their chat to inform I’d love them to call the receipt in advance to make sure she’s not away, cause I’ve learnt there was a 2 days trip planned. Online representative promised that everything is under control and then in a couple of days my sister is glad to receive these greeting, made of 4 apples , 1 orange and 1 pineapple, that you can buy for $20 elsewhere, but ‘Send Flowers’ proudly name this ‘premium basket’! This is not for the first time I’ve shopped with them, but the last one for sure. Never had any experience like that and never though I would. Wanna congratulate your enemies? Do this with sendflowers.com , these guys know their job well 😎👍🏼

BEWARE!!! Once you enter your personal information on their site,it will stay in their database. I contacted customer service asking to remove my personal information, including my credit card. I was brushed off several times. Their terms and conditions state that your information will be sold to the third parties. Poor customer service!

HORRIBLE!!! Such an absolute disappointment! I would give a zero if possible! We ordered a bouquet that was to be beautiful, however received sticks and weeds! No balloon that was to be added and a $15.00 box of chocolates was a Dollar Store sample box of 4 chocolates! This was Monday, and today is Wednesday night and they have promised daily to fix it and yet HAVE NOT! No integrity! They won't let you speak with the florist either! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I guess I should have read the reviews before I placed an order. Ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter’s birthday to be delivered same day. I ordered very early morning, they never showed up. I emailed back and forth with customer service all day. Late that evening they said they were sorry and would credit me the same day delivery fee and the flowers would be delivered the next day. They did show half way through the day, next day and were beautiful, but it did ruin the surprise. They do block negative reviews on Facebook. Don’t recommend. Call the florist yourself. Never got credit just a coupon for next order. Very dissatisfied.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I ordered flowers for my Mother-in-law 3 days ago because she was in the hospital. After calling two days in a row and being hung up on, they finally arrived as she was leaving the hospital. They charged me $5 for a balloon to be added but was never recieved. I would definitely stay away from this flower service.

Even when i read the reviews first i give this business a chance the first time they meet my expectations. However the second time !!!! I paid a lot pf money for a deliver i even order one day to be deliver the next day!!! Well it didnt happen , chat with customer support !! Useless !!! Do not use this business

Too bad there’s no 0 for this company. I ordered balloons for a friend who was receiving a cancer diagnosis on the day I wanted them delivered & they were not. Called customer service the following morning and said she wouldn’t know until flower shop opened if they delivered. WHAT!? They did provide full refund, but will have to wait 1-3 days......we’ll see! DO NOT USE if you want prompt service.
