AVOID THIS COMPANY. I asked for flowers to be sent 48 HOURS BEFORE my uncle's funeral. I could not go to the funeral because of the pandemic. SendFlowers said they could do with no problem and took my order and my money. On the day of the funeral - NO FLOWERS. I called the company and was told repeatedly how sorry they were but that the "local" florist could not fulfil the order and so NO FLOWERS were sent to the furneral service. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER AND RIP YOU OFF. SH&T-HOLE PEOPLE.

A comedy of errors except that it was not funny. Item delivered was not as ordered. It was not even close. Ordered: Lavish Lavender: and upon complaining they offered a discount, which I did not accept. They still processed the discount and offered to redeliver The promised re-delivery did not happen for many days. Upon reminding they said the requested bouquet is not available in the recipient's zip code. I offered them two more alternatives. And sent them proof that their site is still accepting deliveries for the requested arrangement for my zip code. They offered more discount. I rejected the discount offer. So they promised to re-deliver. They still sent me the discount The re-delivery arrived and again it was no way near the requested arrangement I have sent them a summary of the mistakes they are making and told them unless they deliver the requested item, I will post a factual review on Trust Pilot There has been no response since

This was the worst bouquet I’ve ever sent. I ordered the Spring Sunburst Sunfower Bouquet and not only was it the smaller size, there wasn’t a single sunflower in it. It was left in the heat on the porch of the recipient without so much as a doorbell ring or knock even though they were home. Never again.

A horrific experience! Total bait and switch. Do not trust what you select will be delivered!! What I selected fo my mother's 64th anniversary and what was delivered were not remotely close! The flower arrangement I selected was happy and bright, a beautiful arrangement of orange roses and fuschia dahlias. What was delivered was a angry bunch of flowers thrown into a vase with zero arranging. I cried when I saw it, it was so angry looking, not what I hoped on a day of celebration!

I would give a lower score if I could. My flowers did not arrive in time for the funeral service. I got an email 3 hours AFTER the service time they couldn't get them there. This was after having to call to place the order and being assured they would arrive on time. DO NOT ORDER IF TIMELY DELIVERY MATTERS!

Horrible!!!! Do not order anything from this place. They email you the recipient received the flowers when they never did. Then they promise they’ll deliver another arrangement and never did. Horrible!!!!!

I hate that I had to give you 1 star because you don't deserve that. For everyone reading this: SAME DAY DELIVERY is a lie. I specifically told them that my order had to be delivered by 2pm, that let me know that that would not be a problem. Needless to say, my employee, on his last day, left work, probably wondering why I, his boss, did nothing for him on his last day. Very disappointing. I'll never use you again and I will let everyone I know, not to use you
