I called to confirm the online order. Called the hotel. End of the day that my son became engaged, no flowers, no chocolates, no bear! When trying to order over the phone, they don't mention the $15 fee til after you give your credit card. I asked if there would be any extra fees before giving out my credit card info. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

Ordered flowers for Birthday delivery on Sunday, no flowers delivered, chatted on Monday, customer service said they would find out and send email, chatted again Tuesday, same answer, no email, no flowers. no flowers on Wednesday noon, called and was told delivery would be today. Will see. Got paltry 15% back on overpriced products.

TERRIBLE! Ordered fruit basket to be delivered day before Thanksgivings, recipient didn't received, called them on Thanksgiving Day, they blamed the local florist, promised deliver on Friday, nope still not received, called again, said the florist would deliver on Saturday. Forget it, asked for refund, keeping my fingers crossed it shows up in my account - NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible experience! Flowers not delivered for thanksgiving, hung up on when calling customer service twice, no resolution. Scammed on two orders two different locations. Claimed it was delivered and blamed the florist they used. Never use them

This appears to be a con. I ordered the flowers, they took the money and then they emailed saying we needed to phone. When we phoned them they said we were randomly selected and they needed more information and the representative (with a very heavy foreign accent & LISP - not the best choice for telephone customer service) was *whispering*) was asking for all my card information and personal information to "verify". As we used Paypal to order, there should be no need for them to have "additional" details such as a card #, address, email address etc... Upon asking to speak to a supervisor, they hung up. We called back asked to speak to a supervisor and eventually got a very polite lady with a strong Indian accent but who spoke English very well and clearly but who could offer no light on why they needed the information, could only agree to "cancel" the order. All very suspect. Will be watching our Paypal account VERY closely for the next week or so and have reported them to Paypal.

Terrible terrible terrible! I ordered a standing wreath for my grandmother's funeral and was assured that it would be there the day before, and even got a confirmation email that it was delivered. I get the the funeral and it's not there! I had to call them while I should have been with my family. They delivered them 10 minutes before the funeral started, and the whole display had to be rearranged because everything was already set up! And it wasn't even the wreath that I ordered. It was a spray! Will never you this company again!
