I ordered a candy basket with a congratulations balloon for my granddaughter. A Happy Birthday balloon with a bouquet of flowers was delivered. When I called, they asked if the flowers were alive or dead? I didn't even order flowers. They said they would redeliver correct item next day or 20% refund. I said I wanted the correct item delivered. The basket was delivered but the amount of candy was shabby compared to the picture. Didn't send balloon. I called again and they said they would refund 10%. I said yesterday it was 20%. He said well you wanted the item redelivered. Yes, but it still wasn't correct. I will never use this company again!

This is the worst floral company I've ever dealt with. Don't order from them. I ordered a large basket of Poinsettias for next day delivery. They came wilted with some mysterious white stuff splattered on the plant. I called the company to complain and they redelivered a new one the next day and it was worse than the first one. It was smaller than the large one I ordered and so sparse looking. They will never get my money again. Please don't support this company. Such a disgrace!!

I ordered a Christmas cactus houseplant for a family member and they got a Dracena plant in its place with no information about the plant and how to care for it. After several emails and no information on the plant's name as requested I did some research to find out what was sent. The company did offer me a small refund and a discount on my next order. Buyer beware, what you order may not be at all what the person recieves. I should have been informed of the change in the order from the company.

The most fraudulent company ever! They have pictures on their site...and you NEVER RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED. THEY SENT A BUNCH OF BANANAS& ORANGES IN A LOVELY BASKET THAT I HAD ORDERED....IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BEAUTIFUL RED PLANT IN THE CENTER OF A FEW PIECES OF FRUIT, NUTS ETC. WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME OH, WE SUBSTITUTED THINGS! OMG...I PAID SO MUCH FOR SOME ROTTEN BANANAS! THEY WILL ONLY REIMBURSE YOU 10 PERCENT... 2ND TIME AROUND WITH THEM FOR A 70 DOLLAR DISH GARDEN THEY DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS. NEVER AGAIN.

Please do not make the same mistake I did. I ordered Christmas cactus plants for both my Aunt and Grandmother. They certainly weren't cheap, but I was willing to spend the extra money for a plant that would bloom for years to come if taken care of properly. They sent a measly little bouquet of daisies and carnations with a purple bow, looking like terrible funeral flowers! For Christmas!! And they only give a 30 percent refund!!! Buyer Beware!

These people are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! They are LIARS!!!! I called before doing my online order to verify they could deliver the flowers by the time my girlfriend was off work, they said definitely they would be there, then 15 minutes before her shift ended, they sent me an Email saying they couldn't deliver them until the next day!! Now it is TOO LATE to order from a REPUTABLE company. Then when you call, it is nothing but FOREIGNERS who speak broken English and actually ARGUED with giving me a refund!! TERRIBLE!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Do not use this company, they bait and switch. My daughter ordered a deluxe fruit gift basket for me after my surgery, what I received was a basket with candy from the dollar tree and cookies for children. the fruit in the basket was still in the store bags. The basket was no where near the quality of the ordered basket. They said they would redeliver and have had me waiting at home now on the fourth day for this basket. Every day they tell us it is out for delivery...and yet it never seems to make it. when you spend over a hundred dollars for a gift basket you should get something decent.
