If you want to lose your money and fail to have your flowers delivered, fill your boots! What a bunch of absolute thieves and charlatans

This is my second time ordering from this company. The first time the delivery was on time and correct order. Now today the day before Valentine's Day I expected an delivery for my roommate an bunch of balloons and an box of chocolates. She never received it! An email was sent to me stating it was delivered, but never did. I tried calling, chatting, and email all i get is the run around. I'm never going to order from this company again. Im spamming all their emails. This management should be ashamed of themselves of how they is running their company. This company is an scam and an fraud.

DO NOT EVER USE!!! I ordered a candy basket for my daughter for her birthday. It was supposed to be delivered around noon. After numerous phone calls and emails with them I was then told it was guaranteed to be there by 8 PM. At that point I was told I would have a 10% refund sent to me due to it coming so late.It wound up not coming till 9:20 PM also there wasn’t one single piece of candy that was in the picture in the basket. Everything that was in the basket what is nothing that my daughter would eat. I wound up calling back the next morning to tell them I want a full refund also when I asked to speak to a manager that was not an option. After some back-and-forth I was finally told I am getting a full refund. I just called about this today so we will see if I really get the refund. When speaking to anyone over the last 2 days they did not seem to care at all. I will never use them again!!

I will never order from them. They over charged me, at first they provided me with a code for free delivery,but never honored it, when I called them I was put on hold for 45 minutes, and they said their website was sending the free delivery codes by mistake and they could not honor it, nor would they cancel my order. Worst customer service ever :(

NEVER USE SENDFLOWERS.COM I would give a rating below Zero if it was possible - Sendflowers.com took my order for delivery of flowers and balloons etc. on a wedding on Feb 06, 2021and never delivered - They did not even bother to let me know - When I contacted them today, they said they will check and kept pushing. The agent on their live chat was unwilling to answer any questions and just hung up the chat. Horrible folks.

I ordered a lovely bouquet for my Aunt and had it sent to her hospital room. She never got them. I inquired several times for help with my order only to be told flatly that they were delivered. No proof, no sympathy, no kindness. Obviously we know the flowers were never delivered because my Aunt never got them! This company only wants your money, they do not care about your order, they do not care about you and your loved ones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Most likely they will just take your money and your flowers will never be received. Tip for consumers: That they do not care if your flowers actually get delivered. Zero customer service, zero care for their customers, and zero help.

These people are jokes I paid 70 dollars for dollar tree products and flowers from Walmart

Please do NOT use this company if you want to send a nice gift. Not only did they change the price after advertising a terrific sale to 3 times the amount, the delivery was a day late and looked nothing like the order. I was only refunded $9 for the missing ballons. Shocking service.
