Delivery never happened for 2 days. I called twice and chat texted once and they all assured me my flowers were in the van out for delivery. I got a refund because that's just bad business. Plus, I had to ruin the surprise by asking the recipient if she got them.

I ordered flowers online on a Monday for almost $80 to be delivered that Thursday to celebrate a happy occasion taking place on THURS. The order never came. I received an email claiming they could not find the address and requested a phone number. I responded immediately with the same number I already provided with my order so they should have had that. I called SendFlowers as well to get the information sent to the florist quicker. they put me on hold for a half hour and then came back saying they spoke with the florist and they're closed now. They would not provide the name of the florist so I could go and pick up the flowers myself (depsite paying almost $15 for a delivery fee). After being on the phone for over an HOUR, they offered to refund my money. WOW, what an offer! The recipient never received their gift of flowers and I will NEVER order from this site again. First and last time!

I'm appalled by the flowers I received. I paid almost $100 for these flowers and they look nothing like what I ordered. Half the flowers listed in the order aren't found in what I received, such as the red and pink roses or blue flowers. The flowers are nothing like what what was advertised and what I paid for, I am disgusted but the low quality flowers this company used. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I paid extra to have my roses delivered on Valentine's Day and two days later, still no flowers! Completely ruined the holiday for me and my girlfriend...

Sent Valentine’s flowers to my wife’s work never arrived called them told them to send them to her home They arrived the driver left them outside in the cold They were pretty beat up I paid 75.00 after all their not mentioned charges. I called customer service demanded a refund they would only offer 10%. GO ELSEWHERE THEY ARE CROOKED

Terrible flowers -the picture you see is nothing what they delivered -ordered a beautiful bouquet of roses for my mother and they delivered mums and carnations

My girlfriend had a family emergency and had to be out of town for Valentines Day. I payed $55 for a bouquet that was marked at $32, and then the bouquet just wasn't delivered. I was not given any notice, and was told by my girlfriend when nothing arrived. They then had to go through a lengthy process involving confirming with the florist that the flowers weren't delivered (which seemingly they could just lie about). There was no extra money offered back, no flowers due to the delay. They offered to give me store credit or refund my money within 3 days. This place is a scam, and you absolutely SHOULD NOT RELY ON THEM FOR IMPORTANT DAYS. Please if you are thinking about using this service, use anywhere else.

I ordered a $70 basket of grandma’s favorite cookies & the product information stated that It would be good quality brands. When it was delivered I noticed they were Kroger cookies. I paid a total of $90 for Kroger cookies. They couldn’t even give me brand name cookies for the price I paid. It looked nothing like the picture.
