Paid $126 for flowers delivered two days before Mother's Day. Proof of Purchase is below. Didn't arrive yesterday--contacted customers service and they apologized and said they will be here Monday (after Mother's Day) and offered $20 coupon for future which I refused. Then they offered a 30% refund--not 100% refund. They are either the dumbest online company in business or the most dishonest--probably both.

Absolutely disgusting. I was hoping to upload photos of what I paid for and what was delivered to my recipient in West Hartford. I paid $79 for a pathetic disgrace of a few grocery store flowers thrown in a cheap vase from the dollar store. The stems were not trimmed and the vase was not full. A kid could have done a better job putting dandelions in a jar. I was so embarrassed to have sent such a garbage gift as a “Thank You” to someone important.

0 is to high for this company. Never delivered the flowers, customer service can care less and had to fight for a refund. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hopefully they will be out of business soon

Id like to give 0 stars. But its my fault..sometimes CHEAP IS CHEAP...Flowers were NOT delivered and there is NO WAY TO TRACK. Ruined my gift to mom on her birthday.

Horrendous customer service... actually NO service. The flowers I ordered were never delivered.

Ordered flowers. No delivery by 3pm. I call, and they promise delivery in an hour. Still no flowers at 4:30pm. I again call. They tell me "one more hour," and am giving a 20% refund. 6pm STILL no flowers. I call and request full refund. I am given full refund - and then 6:30pm - the flowers show up and they look NOTHING like what I ordered (embarrassing as sent to client) -- cheap carnations with wilted other flowers. This is no florist. Buyer beware. Wish I could post pictures. Look elsewhere for examples.

I give one star because it won't let me go lower , awful take your money and run service don't do it ! Terrible customer service of shore rip off!
