It was the worst ordering experienced we had. We spent about $ 70.00 on their best bouquet but the quality of the bouquet was very very cheap and bad. The vase was no more than $ 1.00 quality and the flowers weren’t more than $ 10.00. Very very disappointed. I would give them negative stars if it was optional. Completely dissatisfied!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would…. I placed my order earlier this morning, these ppl played with me saying they needed additional information from me, which I chatted online as well as called to get the issue resolved… At 4:30pm I get another email saying it will be delivered tomorrow…. Mind you the delivery was a gift for my brother’s bday which is today not tomorrow. I’m highly upset and will never use this place again!!!!

The flowers delivered looked beautiful... however, the service was extremely disappointing. Customer service = 0 Delivery lady's personality = 0 Unable to process my order online. Called the number listed just below. the young man who's first language is clearly not English answered and said he could take my order. Misspelled my wife's name on the envelope and misspelled my name on the card. Did not disclose all the extra BS charges on top of the bouquet and never applied the discount from a code they offered for 20% off! Just a crappy experience. Too many other places to go -to have to deal with that.

Flowers were awful. I've been a florist for 15 years and this is the worst flowers I've ever sent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. So sorry I didn't read reviews before using.

Absolutely terrible experience. Flowers were delivered days after expected delivery date and completely missed the memorial service. Had to speak to so many people to confirm a FEW failed deliveries.

Do not use this company. Photos look great but product delivered is far less than promised. Delivery was as ordered but I was appalled at what was sent for $60. Do not use these guys. Ever.

Contacted this company and spoke with TWO people to be sure that the, very specific and special meaning, floral arrangement was going to be delivered. In the end I get an email on the day of delivery telling me they cannot meet the order and just wanna know if they can substitute something. Tired of the disappointment and out of time I simple said do it on the substitution. First and Last time ordering from SendFlowers.com.
