I’m so upset , I paid for same day delivery and it never showed up , I called them that night at 7pm and the male that answered the phone said they would upgrade my flowers and have it delivered first thing in the morning … it’s now 11am and I have called back since they weren’t delivered at 9am like promised .. this male was rude , kept talking over and said nope it’s on track to be delivered from 9am till 6pm I said no that’s not correct it’s not on track it was to be at my house yesterday and then today and 9am and still not at my home he said oh ok and didn’t care . They won’t give me a refund and I spent a lot of money of flowers I could have bought from grocery store for a quarter of the price

Zero start. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. My dying mother never received her flowers on her Birthday and they didn't refund me nor provide much help. I ordered on 7/26/21 and set the delivery date for 7/30/21. It is now 8/1 and still no flowers. They said they could try to get the flowers to her next week, maybe 8/2 or 8/3. I don't even know if she will be alive next week, I explained this to a Supervisor and she didn't seem to care, zero sympathy, zero emotion. This is a company that does not care about their customers. I was on the phone with them for the past 3 days, this time the conversation took over 35 minutes, and I got nowhere. They offered partial refunds, but what does that matter in this situation? My mom received no gifts on her birthday and I can't physically see her because of COVID. This company should go out of business. What if this had been for a funeral? I can imagine their response now: "Oh sorry, we will send an apology letter to the funeral home with upgraded flowers". No thanks. Stick to 1-800Flowers, I have never had an issue with them. No amount of upgrades or refunds can repair the damage, pain and suffering that was caused by using this company.

Horrible service. Flowers arrived late for a memorial service. Said it delivered 2 hours before, I called and they couldn't reach florist. Gave me a 15% discount for my trouble. My family member didn't get the arrangement. That hardly makes up for it.

They missed delivery on my father’s 95th birthday and send me a simple apology email and refunded the money.

I realize Send Flowers is an ordering site and local florists carry out the orders but what I ordered and what I got were TOTALLY different. I spent $85 for a rose centerpiece in a Mercury glass vase. What I got was 5 roses and crappy filler flowers in a dollar store gold plastic vase. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered flowers that were guaranteed next day delivery. By 5 p.m. they weren't delivered, so I contacted them. They still assured me that they were going to be delivered by 6, no delivery. I contacted them again and all I received was an apology. I am livid, as I needed them delivered today. Please spare yourself and don't use this company EVER!! Oh, it will take 3 day's for my refund as well. They suck!!

If there were a zero star rating I would give it to this company. I purchased a glass vase with white and pink flowers for a funeral. I received a notice that they had been delivered in there had been a substitution. No further information. I inquired exactly what was the substitution and instead of answering they gave me a $10 off next order. After pushing the issue I was told the substitution was a dish garden. How is a dish garden a substitute for flowers. They offered me a 40% discount. Of course I did not except it and insisted on a full refund. Now I am stuck looking like an idiot who sent a dish garden to a funeral of someone who meant a lot to me. I have no idea what it looks like, they can give me no pictures or details. I am doing damage control and ordering from another company in order not to look like a complete idiot. I have asked a family member to pull the dish garden. I am very disappointed this is my first and last time using this company and would encourage anyone else to run as fast as you can.

Ordered overpriced flowers for same day delivery. I followed up 8 hours later to see when they would be delivered and they said they couldn't fulfill my order and they would call the recipient to apologize and "try" to fulfill it the next day. I didn't pay for an apology phone call I paid for flowers. Avoid this scam of a company at all cost.
