Please nobody should go near this site. They are complete thieves. What they deliver is nothing like the pictures. Spent $130 on 2 flowers and when they delivered I was shocked. My sister just had a baby and it was supposed to be a surprise. I have tried speaking to them and they just refunded me $13 and think that's it. Stay away from them as the flowers on their website is probably stolen off pages of proper flower websites. These are complete frauds. I wish I read other people's reviews before buying. I am so sad and disappointed

They took my order and money. They did not deliver the order. This is a bad company.

I ordered an amazing looking bouquet for my niece who was admitted to the hospital for the first time ever. I love 600 miles away so I wanted to let her know I am thinking of her. What I ordered and what was delivered are not even close to looking a like. I get that the site says that they can substitute but they also say they will stick as closely as possible with flower types to the arrangement you order. I ordered a colorful arrangement in a bee cup with little bees in the flowers. It had roses and other colorful flowers. She got a bouquet with a stuffed animal bee and yellow and white flowers and that was it. I’m so disappointed and had to explain to her those weren’t what i ordered and sent her a pic of what I ordered. This is totally unacceptable to me. I want a full refund and if they have to go back and pick up the flowers then fine take them back. They look cheap compared to the ones I picked out and ordered. Plus if I wanted a stuffed animal I would have ordered one. She isn’t an infant so that is the last thing I wanted to send her. I wanted something colorful to make my niece smile not a colorless bouquet. I am NEVER using this company again. I would recommend anyone thinking of this company should run the other way.

The WORST FLOWER DELIVERY. They charge a lot more than advertised and don’t deliver intil past the time you requested. They’re the. PREDATOR flower delivery!

Flowers never delivered. They are ignoring my emails and won’t refund me. Will never use this company again

I ordered flowers on a thursday to be delivered on friday as they said would be done. Friday no flowers, they said they wouldn't deliver over the weekend. It is now tuesday & still no flowers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete fraud.

planned ahead and ordered balloons for daughter's birthday. This company waited too late in the day on her birthday to let me know the florist they contracted it out to did not have any balloons and wanted to substitute flowers, but they waited too late to notify me and could not guarantee she would get them on her birthday. Then what's the point? I recommend googling an actual florist in the city you need delivery for and ordering thru them, AN ACTUAL FLORIST

I used this service because it was supposed to be same day delivery, 36 hours later the delivery was never made. I called the first afternoon and spoke to customer service and they apologized. Told me they were going to put me on a brief hold to check on what happened. 15 minutes later they disconnected me. I called back and same spill brief hold and then they offered me an upgrade. How do you upgrade something you never got! This service is absolutely terrible and I hope I get my refund.
