Didn’t even get the flowers people rude over the phone they sent them to another part of the country, no refund. Do not go to this company utter disregard and heartless.

Totally disgusting, flowers we ordered were not the same literally a bunch of flowers were delivered to the crematorium,totally embarrassed and exteamly upsetting.Tried numerous times to get a rely from emails I sent but with no explanation at all ignored all of them.Wish I read the reviews first.

Beware! These people are a joke. I ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. They didn’t deliver the order. I emailed them to please deliver the flowers to the address, received a response that they would. Sunday, still no flowers. I called Monday morning and was given an upgrade on the flowers and was told the flowers would be delivered. Monday evening there were still no flowers, I called again had they gave me a partial refund, they apologized and said they would be delivered Tuesday. Tuesday went by and no flowers and here we are today and still no flowers! I was told “they couldn’t get ahold of the local florist….in a busy town…in NY. This is second time I’ve had an issues despite using them numerous times before. I will never use them again!

Awful flowers. I paid for the largest arrangement. They were clearly the smallest and most of the flowers were almost dead!! Just awful. I will never use them again.

Do not order from this company. You get horrible service and no customer support. I ordered flowers for the same day delivery (Monday) and I received confirmation they were delivered when they never were. Flowers were not delivered the next day (Tuesday) so I sent an email inquiring about it. No reply. I called the next day (Wednesday) and I was told it was going to be processed right away yet still no flowers were delivered. I emailed the next day (Thursday) to every address I could find and did get a email in return but no call and no flowers. It is now four days later and still no flowers were delivered. I will be demanding a refund.

I wish I had read the reviews first! I paid £12 extra to have my flowers delivered by 11am for a funeral and requested them before 10 am. They delivered the day before which meant at the funeral they were wilted and pathetic looking. Emailed twice but of course no response. Do not touch this company!

I purchased the balloon bouquet with a basket of candy and 2 balloons, (I paid extra for 3 more balloons) advertised on their website with premium (Hershey, Reeses, Milky Way, ext.) "regular' sized candy bars to be sent to my daughter on her birthday. First, the delivery did not get to her until 6pm although I received a "delivered" email at 5pm which put me in a panic thinking it had been delivered to the wrong address But the worst part was what my daughter received...the bouquet basket was a plastic bucket with ALL miniature size candies packets you can buy in the dollar store. I read their disclaimer on substitutions but I paid $100 for a plastic bucket of candy that was worth maybe $20?? What a rip off!! I will never use this company again and DO NOT recommend.
