Delivered nothing, tried to keep payment . I remembered this experience one before as well. Blatant fraud seems to me.

Horrible - do NOT use. What I ordered was NOT what was re wives and was just a basic bouquet. The vase was nothing like what I ordered either. I call and what do they give me….a $15.00 gift certificate and I spent well over $50. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Stay away!!!!!

I sent flowers to a friend who recently had a baby. I paid extra to have them delivered on a Sunday. The bouquet was to have red roses, pink carnations, and white daisies. The price was reasonable and there was a discount code of $8.00. Once all the charges were added up, the $31.00 bouquet cost over $50. When it arrive, there was one red rose, no carnations, no daisies the space was filled with something that looked like gladiolas and some white mums and greenery. I called and spoke to a customer service person who seemed to have some trouble understanding me. He kept offering me a discount on another purchase. I kept insisting they send what I ordered, finally he said they would,"get a fresh one out right away." When I asked for confirmation number he said it would be on an email that I would receive immediately. Never got email, never got second set of flowers. Go someplace legitimate.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I had them delivered to her job. The flowers that I ordered were red and white Christmas flowers. The arrangement she received was totally the opposite. I called the company because I was disappointed and they offered to resend another one with the correct order and upgrade to deluxe. They offered to send her an apology along with the arrangement the following day after I called. Around 4 the delivery day, I received an email stating that they weren't re sending the flower and I would receive a 50% discount of $19.82,:I paid a total of 73.02 for the flower. I called them back and only got an apology and the rep said the fees were not discounted. I or any of my friends or family members will be ordering from this company again. The customer service is horrible and the company lied. I'm completely disappointed. I wish I could show the pictures.

Ordered the premium sized Christmas Joy Bouquet and what I received was barley 12 inches tall and 8 inches wide! This was definitely NOT premium sized at all. Called the customer service number and was told they would give me a 20 percent refund and a gift certificate for a future purchase - HA! Bottom line - this very small bouquet still cost me $54 and change! DO NOT buy from sendflowers.com!!

The flower arrangement delivered looked nothing like the one I ordered to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday. The flowers were wilted, did not include the variety pictured, and was overall a sad example of what was advertised. To make the matter more disappointing, there has been no response to the email that I sent to the customer service email provided on their website.

Should have read reviews first. Customer service is horrible.. and don’t think they will deliver anything that looks like the picture if they even deliver! They are horrible and I much rather pay a little extra to be sure the flowers are delivered and are like the picture! Do not use them!

Same issue as others. They did not notify me the items were not in stock, and only offered a LESSER replacement after I called and complained. Customer service very rude.
