Ordered flowers for our 33 anniversary to be delivered to my wife's place of employment, I was told it was undeliverable, that place is occupied from 6 am till 10 pm. They had my contact information, but no one contacted me, then I received an email saying they were delivered the next day at 11:30 am,I was home and they weren't delivered until early afternoon, sort of took the surprise out of it! This was not my first time using this service, but definitely the last! Very disappointed!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered a bouquet for my wife’s birthday. I tried going with the tulips since every florist says they aren’t readily available. I thought since they had them on their website they would be delivered. I was completely wrong… NOTHING was delivered and I have learned not to do business with this company ever again. I wish this was something that wasn’t real… such a bad experience!!!

I made 2 orders to the same address one arrived the other didn't although they sent an email to say that it had. The recipient had an email to say it was coming and stayed in waiting. I asked for a refund but not even had a reply. I wish I had looked up the company on Trustpilot before ordering, I would have used a different company.

Ordered a purple and white sheath with purple ribbon for my granddaughter funeral, got a stupid posie of mainly white lilies, with a white ribbon. This company should be reported to trading standards, the customer service is atrocious, they cut me off continuously. I am now going to Trading Standards myself and report them!

NEVER RECEIVED! Use a different florist!!!Ordered funeral casket spray to go on top of casket and NEVER received it. Order was placed 5 days ahead of time to be delivered one day before the funeral to make sure of arrival to the funeral home. We has a funeral with no flowers. Already a sad day but this made it so much more worst!!!

This was THE worst flower order I have ever had. I placed an order a week out. The day AFTER it was due to be delivered, I received notice that it would not be delivered on time and was rescheduled for 4 days later. On the new date, at 5pm, I received an email that again it would not be able to be delivered on time. I called in the morning to find out the status, only to be asked if I would like them to call the florist for delivery THAT day. When I pointed out that it was now a week late, she offered me 20% back (which I never did receive.) I received no shipping nor delivery confirmation, so called again the next day. The florist was unable to fulfill that order, would I like them to call another, I agreed. Again, no confirmation whatsoever. I had to call again the next morning. Again, I was told the florist was again unable to fulfill that order. I did cancel that time. The only good thing I will say is that my refund was processed quickly.

Horrible customer service. Paid extra to make sure my elderly Aunt would get birthday flowers on her birthday. That was days ago, still don't know if she'll get anything or when. I've contacted them multiple X's a day only response is they are contact with florist. ???? If this is because of COVID or worker shortage or whatever than just tell people that or put something on your website. Use someone, anyone else!

If I could make the review negative I would. Did not deliver flowers on the day they were supposed to. Never told me they would not be delivered. We will see if they arrive today as promised
