I ordered a vase of flowers on the 13th of Feb to be delivered to my partner on the 14th of Feb but the order was not delivered to her. I called the contact number afterwards and after being on hold for 20 minutes, they finally told me “they didn’t know why” it wasn’t delivered and that it would be delivered tommorow. They did however, give me a 30% refund on my order for the inconvenience caused but it will be worth nothing if my order isn’t delivered tommorow and if the flowers don’t look fresh. I will post a follow up review tommorow after I know the status of my order. - A

We ordered a next day delivery arrangement with vase and added Get Well balloons. My mother-in-law was in the ER for 4 days straight and couldn’t get flowers delivered there. My father in law was going back and forth to their home located nearby and in a residential neighborhood located near a decent amount of commerce, a large high school and a few large subdivisions. The driver claimed she couldn’t find the house even though there are only 3 properties located on their road, it is off a well-traveled main road and is easily mapped via Google Maps and Apple Maps. The delivery person also claimed she didn’t speak or understand English well when my father-in-law tried to call her. My question of course is why wasn’t the driver using google translate or a similar app or even text which can auto translate. The driver decided it was ok in the FL weather and heat to leave the flowers down the side of a road unattended for anyone traveling down the main road to take. A neighbor snapped a pic to send to the other neighbors to see if someone was missing an order, if an order was stolen or if someone died since people sometimes leave roadside memorials when a person dies there. In short if you want your flowers to make it the amount you pay for delivery wont matter and they will likely be left to get stolen or ruined. In short the flowers never made it and when I contacted the company I got multiple auto replies they have ready for this type of situation it happens so often. They had the nerve to say they would refund 20% of the order total so like $9.00 for flowers that never made it in the middle of a family medical emergency. They are the worst. Total scam company. This company needs to be put out of business.

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers with a baloon to my wife's work. She obviously didn't receiver the flowers, but I cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone or chat. This company (if it is even a legit company) should never be used. I know I will never use them again. Part my fault because I didn't review this company before the order. That will never happen again either. Please do not use this company. Major Scam!!!!!

Worse than horrible. If 0 stars was an option that is what they would get. I paid for a guaranteed delivery on February 8th to surprise my mom for her birthday. Today is February 9th and they still have not been delivered. When you call customer service you get nothing but excuses. I will NEVER use or endorse this company again. There are much better options online. Shop around!

Avoid this company at all cost. I wish I had checked Trust Pilot first as see nothing but bad reviews. They were appalling! I ordered flowers 1 1/2 weeks in advance for my mother's 99th birthday! They never came the appointed day (a Saturday). I called their service department and the excuse was a local florist wasn't open on the weekend. In fact, the shop that finally delivered two days late had been open all weekend, as my sister checked! Despite Send Flowers' promise to upgrade the bouquet to compensate, what arrived -- late -- was nothing like what I had ordered and definitely not an upgrade. When I initially complained they agreed to drop the cost and send a "premium" bouquet, but clearly they didn't follow up . They sent simple, uninteresting flowers. The worst is my dear mother didn't have them on her birthday. I agree with the customer who wrote this company is a sham. A very regrettable experience and how shameful, given the gift was to celebrate the life of a 99-year-old!

Ordered gift basked and Balloons 1/30 for a 1/31 delivery for a recovering Uncle. As of 2/4, no word from company . Paid through Paypal and looking to recoup funds. This is a sham company - should have checked the reviews. Not sure how they are still a company.

I ordered flowers for a friend who was sick for same day delivery. The day after they should have been delivered I received an email saying they were not delivered and offering no explanation. They said they would be delivered four days after the order date. I was absolutely disgusted! My friend could have been dead by then. I canceled the order. A winter storm two days after the the date of the order prevented me from getting flowers for my friend at all. I would never recommend this company.

I had put in a $176 order two weeks ago for the company I work for, with very accurate specifications about delivery time and location. They were unable to delivery on the day I requested, and said that they would deliver it the next day. Since it was for a touring band, I said it was impossible to receive the flowers the next day. So, they told me to change the location and they would accommodate the request. So, I did. The following day ended up being an entire day wasted on phone calls where they put me on hold various times and for long periods of time. The representatives kept lying about when my flowers would get there. One said "a few minutes" another said "ASAP" and these calls were hours apart, and hours after the requested delivery time. After all was said and done, I never even received an email notifying me that the flowers couldn't be delivered. They never showed up. Nobody bothered to reach out to me. It took another lengthy call where I repeated all of my information to every person I spoke to, got put on hold various times, to then finally receive a refund and cancellation. Now, I have to keep an eye on the account to make sure it even went through. This is such a disgraceful company, they're most definitely a scam. Do yourself a favor and go with a Flower company that has better reviews.
