My husband ordered flowers to surprise me for our 10th anniversary. Not only were the flowers NOT delivered on the date he requested, two days later they notified him that they would not be delivering them at all. Nearly $100 wasted and what was supposed to be a special day ruined. If I could give zero stars I would.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Flowers delivered late and left on door step without any notice, flowers froze in the Chicago weather and died the same night of delivery. Also ordered chocolates for Valentine’s Day in the same order which were not delivered and they are not taking responsibility for this and have not fulfilled the order or refunded me my money. Will never ever use this company again and would never reccomened to anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Save your money and find another company. For the second time in a row, what I ordered was NOT what was delivered. I've been running around in circles with customer service for the last 10 days on the most recent order trying to get it corrected. I first called, where I was offered various percentages for a partial refund, along with a credit to be used in teh future. Only when I INSISTED that the right arrangement be delivered did they relent. Then they told me the correct order was redelivered which was not true. After a STRONGLY worded email, they apologized (again) and said they would redeliver next week. We'll see, but I'm not holding my breath.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day, unfortunately they did not arrive. I was very upset. They did however refund my purchase. Would I use them again??

Use another website. My mother in law received flowers we sent her, they were withered and leaning over. I sent a photo to this company with a complaint… Their solution was to give me a refund for 30% of my purchase price so it was 16.00. They really should have sent her another bouquet of flowers on their dime. Not at all satisfied and will not use this company again.

Didn't deliver flowers for my mom's 75th....what a scam company. Wish I read the reviews first. Useless customer service. Complaining with Chase Ultimate Rewards as well to have this terrible company removed from their website. Pagué para que llevarán el encargo el 13 de febrero, cuando reclamé me dijeron que lo llevarían hasta 15, igual esperé porque no tenia otra opción y hoy no llegó ni tengo respuesta, vivo en otro país y esto me llena de tristeza y me dejó sin poder celebrar mi san Valentin... servicio realmente malo.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! Ordered flowers for my wife and like many other people they never showed up. instead she got a stuffed teddy. Emailed them and again like many people have not heard back. wont be using them again and advise you buy elsewhere.
