DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will not get what you order! I ordered a bouquet of roses and daisies and my mom received a half-assed bunch of tulips. Definitely not what I purchased and I will never purchase from them again.

You order flowers for Saturday and the day before they send you an email that the flowers will be delivered in 5 years, but if you pay pay extra fees they will deliver I n a day. Total Fraud I will not use again DO NOT USE

I will NEVER use this service again. I called 6 times to try to get my flowers I ordered flowers for a funeral. They never came. The funeral has come and gone! Send flowers should be ashamed of themselves. They take your more money, but will never deliver your flowers.. That’s it for me! Send flowers gets a 0 rating!!!!!

Ordered a premium bouquet and what was delivered looked like it came from the grocery store. This was supposed to be for my sisters 50th birthday and it’s just so embarrassing what was delivered. Not the right flowers or colors and absolutely NOT premium size. Please do not order from these scammers.

Ordered a Valentine's Bouquet - no problem. However, it was not delivered. Customer Service is nonexisting. They will not reply - and the money is gone...

Horrible customer service. You get a different agent each time (they are not based in the USA). Before I purchased an order I made sure to ask if it will be delivered at a certain day and time window period. I was assured that my order will be handled as per instructions and they will call the recipient before delivery. They used UPS to deliver the flower arrangement and never communicated with them. UPS left it at the wrong time, in the wrong place, without even notifying the recipient. Needless to say that the package has not been discovered by the recipient since (probably it will be once it is too late). DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE!!! I could have done a better job myself, without spending all that money.

My order did not get processed because I needed to be verified. I will not use this service ever again. I will not recommend anyone else use it .
