I am extremely upset they did not send the right flowers to my friend I paid 3999 to get a better size and they sent her nothing like the picture showed how dare they send something that’s nothing the same as a picture

Don't use them!!! I can't stress enough! They will NOT tell you who the local florist is even when the LOCAL florist can't find the largest hospital in NC.

Ordered flowers for my daughter. Went middle of road n got less than the smaller one. THE flowers were wilting and full of cheap filler flowers 3 roses... also it was to be a smiley mug and it was a cheap dollar store clear canning jar. I complained, recieved the new upgraded (by Sendflowers.com) only again to be totally disappointment and now angry. Contacted again...refunded $7.45...BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered something for my husbands birthday and it never was received l. Called only to he told they called me to make sure it wasn’t a fraud order. I received no call only a n email stating my order was delivered. Money had to be refunded so I know you got paid. Thanks for ruining my surprise. Never again

I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter for her birthday what she received was nothing like what I had ordered what she received was ugly really ugly the colors were not the same the flowers were not the same there was flowers that weren't supposed to be in the arrangement that were in flowers that were supposed to be in the arrangement that weren't and all they could do was refund $10 and redo the delivery of the flowers which she's going to end up getting when it's past her birthday I will never order through the send flowers site again. I was going to send them to her work but she happened to not be working thankfully I would have been so embarrassed for her to receive those at her work.

This company is a scam!!!!!Do Not Order from this Company********* Took my money, never delivered flowers I ordered for my wife on our anniversary. Called back to have them refund my money. Better off going to a florist yourself. Also what they advertise online is not correct price. The flowers was 34.99 ended up being charged 54.00. a complete embarrassing company. Thought I would surprise my wife and 2 days flowers never arrived.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY PROMISE TO DELIVER AND THEN DONT .. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! They promised to deliver a 21st birthday chocolate box and it never arrived .. then they said they would upgrade the order and deliver next day … then they said they couldn’t deliver until 3 days later … worst service ever!!!
