Horrible was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday did not arrive till Tuesday. I would never use the company again even if it was free.

Not reliable. Paid for Same Day Delivery of Balloon Bouquet... no delivery. Was assured they would be delivered next business day. Called mid-day to be sure they would be delivered. Agent stated order was confirmed and would be delivered. 15 min. before cut off time recipient STILL had not received delivery. Called again Agent stated delivery would not be made that day? Cancelled order. Order was for a 2 year old little girl... she definetely does not have patience for this incompetence!

Terrible. Ordered flowers for a new mom. Should have been a pink vase with baby footprints. Instead showed up in a dollar store glass vase with old dead flowers. Called for an explanation and was told I could have the correct flowers delivered. Received an email stating the flowers were delivered however they never were. Called for refund 3 times and kept getting hung up. These people suck. Pay the extra money and use someone reputable.

Trust these reviews! Do not use them. They never delivered my order for my girlfriend’s birthday. Then when I requested a refund they said that they are trying as quick as possible to get it delivered. Mind you it was 11:30 pm EST. Then they said they needed to confirm that the order was not delivered but they can’t since the florist are closed. Huh? Why they said that they are trying to deliver at 11:30 pm but the florist is closed, makes no sense. I insisted for the refund, and then they say they might deliver tomorrow. The delivery was paid and made for the day of the occasion not the day after. Then finally agreed to a refund, told me to wait 2-4 business days for it but mentioned again that they will look into it as if I was lying. Stay away from them.

I agree with everyone on here. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! They took my money and said “ the florist couldn’t accommodate balloons, would I want flowers?”These were supposed to be balloons for 15 year old twins😥😥😥 This is just awful as I sent them being overseas.

I placed 2 orders, 1 for flowers and 1 for balloons. The order number was incorrect for the balloons, it showed the flower order, it was difficult to get help as to why the flower order was not delivered. The balloons were delivered but deflated within 12 hours. The flower order was never delivered, and they made me wait for 4 days to verify what happened with the order. I was upset because this company ruined my gifts. Recommend against using them.

The saying: You get what you pay for rings true. I bought some flowers for an aunt whose cousin had died and picked out a beautiful arrangement. But, the flowers that she received were completely different and they used cheap carnations instead of lavendar roses. A word of warning, Don't use this florist. Use a reputable florist, instead. These people suck!!!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, RUN AWAY. Shameless scam. They say they can't fulfill your order until you call them and when you do, they ask a lot of unnecessary questions. I knew I was scammed halfway through the call. Run away.
