Disgraceful! My 80yr old Dad ordered a £70 bouquet of red roses, white seasonal flowers & palm leaves. What was delivered late was a bunch of white roses, could have bought them from a supermarket for £5. After sincere apologies, another bouquet was delivered & still they got it wrong again. Just red roses! Again with sincere apologies! Then it's left at that. It says in their FAQ'S They NEVER FAIL, If they do, a full 100% refund will be given! This Wasn't even offered. Wish I could post the photos on here to prove this. I understand mistakes can happen, but for the second time round? I won't be using this site again and would NOT recommend anyone else to.

I am so unhappy with Send Flowers and their service. My first time ordering Flowers online and with this company. I order flowers for my daughter to brighten her day and paid for same Day service was told the order will arrive between 9am-6 pm. Called midday to make sure the flower would get to her and was told don't worry it will. Well, at 7 pm the flowers did not arrive so I called. The customer service rep was trying to give me all these excuses and telling me they can't get in touch with the florist and I need to wait until tomorrow. I told the young man that it was unacceptable and I wanted my Refund. I also mention the Satisfaction Guarantee that they stand by and fail. I will never use them ever and will never order online again.

1-star is too high-a-rating! Ordered a flower arrangement for my wedding anniversary and scheduled delivery for the day of. Despite it not being the same day, a 'same day delivery fee' of $2.99 was added to my order. I figured, whatever. The delivery window was 9am-6pm... nothing was received by 6pm so I called and was told that the flowers were out for delivery so there was nothing that could be done despite me saying that I was about to leave. I then received an email at 6.30pm to say they were delivered (they weren't). At 7.15pm, by which time I'd left to enjoy a meal with my wife, someone tried to deliver the flowers. When I called SendFlowers the next day, they said that the flowers would be delivered that day and, as compensation, they would refund the $2.99 delivery fee! Apparently the $13.99 line item of 'Delivery' was there to guarantee my 100% satisfaction but I wasn't entitled to any of that back despite being significantly less than 100% satisfied - no flowers, 2 phone calls and 40 minutes of my time wasted at this point. I ended up cancelling the order.

Do not believe what they say about same date delivery. This is false. I placed my order on Sept 16 for my mother's birthday and they have rescheduled it 3 times already. it's Sept 19th and still hasn't been delivered. I just received another call stating it won't be deliver today and need to rescheduled for tomorrow 09/20/22 terrible experience and all they say is we are sorry for the inconvenience. I will not use their service ever again.

Will not deliver package on time. I've been trying for 3 days to get flowers 9/9-9/14/22 delivered. One day they didn't have anyone to deliver the flowers and didn't even call to tell me. I had to call them. If you want to brightened up someone day, this is not the company to do so with. Sendflowers.com or fromyouflowers.com Same company! Very disappointed.

The absolute worst. Picked out a birthday cake floral that they had a picture of and was sent nothing like the picture and didn’t even look like a bday cake, that was the whole purpose of me purchasing it for my daughter. Spent $90 and complained, all they offered was a $20 gift card to purchase something else from them. Never again.

Ordered for delivery Thursday- finally delivered Monday. Didn’t even have the flowers in it that we wanted. I would not recommend using their ‘service’ at all!

Horrible experience. I do not recommend buying from Send flowers because my order was never delivered in the time from that was specified. We had to cancel the order because the flowers were being delivered the next day which was not what I payed for.
