They could not get the address right (twice). Said there was no such address at 5PM on delivery day (address was correct on order). Called and gave them the home address and they said it would be delivered between 5PM and 7PM that night. Two days later is was delivered (no call to me, per my instructions). They told the my fiend that I had given them a wrong address as reason it was two days late.

If I could rate a 0, I would. Never use this service, at any expense! They were supposed to deliver to a wake on Sunday Nov 20th, the flowers never arrived. I spent over 2 hours dealing with customer service who then said they'd get them to the funeral location by 9am on Monday Nov 21st. That never happened. Spent another 1 hour trying to get answers. The flowers were never delivered (at this point they owe me....). How embarrassing! I mean get your poop in a group, we were counting on this delivery as respect from our family, what a joke! Futhermore, they said they'd send flowers to a house to make up for their error. Has the house gotten the flowers, nope! They lied about that too - they should be shut down! How shameful!

Liars. Awful service. Flowers that were supposed to arrive on a birthday (that I paid extra expedited fee for) arrived late. When I checked in on their status the night they were to be delivered…they lied and said they were out for delivery. When they still hadn’t arrived the next evening, I told them to cancel the order. They convinced me to take a 50% refund and I agreed. I then received a 25% credit card refund and an additional 25% store credit for a vendor I never want to use again. Awful. Flowers themselves were mediocre, but I don’t blame the florist the order was wired to. I would tell all florists not to do business with this company

Horrible customer service. Will never use them again. Spent $75 on a bouquet for a friend and they sent a cheap potted mum in a crappy container. Nothing nice about. Very disappointed. Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and didn’t arrive until Wednesday afternoon even though I paid extra. Made no offer to credit account. Obviously don’t care about keeping business.

Do not use. I had ordered flowers for a friends birthday. On the day they were to be delivered I got an email that stated they were refunding me some of the cost because they could not order it. Then the next day they didn't order it and called me after 8pm to tell me it could not be ordered but would be delivered the next day. I called them and they had no record of arranging a new florist and wanted to reassign it to be delivered. When I told them to cancel the order they kept offering other solutions. The aggravation is not worth the savings!

Yeah, pretty bad company. I normally ALWAYS read reviews on everything until this one. I didn't bother & I have no idea why. This company was the 1st company that came up when i Googled flower delivery. I was received the confirmation that the flowers were delivered the day after i ordered them but was not aware until 3 days later that they weren't. I was furious. I called them immediately & was 1st told they had to reach out to their vendor & they'd get back to me. I demanded a refund which I received. Never again.

This company is really really bad.. save your $$ I never used them nor would I again, Big Scam !! They delivery the wrong flowers - twice. I got a full refund after demanding it.
