Order a boquet of roses for my 8th Anniversary because I was away from home. I got an email but that they were delivered but no message from my wife saying she got them. I sent her a text asking her to look out the front door and there was nothing. I called the 800 number and couldn't even understand the lady I was speaking with during the call. After seeing all the other reviews, I don't have much hope other than going through my credit card company to get a refund.

I ordered a dozen long-stemmed roses in vase for $70. They came in a tightly wrapped rubber bands in a bag, with the vase separate, no water, no stay fresh powder, no arrangement. I ordered a mylar balloon to accompany the arrangement for $5. It was a 5" wide balloon on a popsicle stick, no helium! Terrible. No one would pay that kind of price if these things if it was a brick and mortar store. They are scamming online shoppers.

I ordered a calla lily and white rose bouquet for my mother in law. Calla lilies are her favorite. The order was placed on 1/6/2023 and delivered on time on 1/8. The issue is that what was delivered did not include the Calla lilies, they substituted them for regular white lilies. When I called they told me that they have a substitution policy. The policy cannot be found on the mobile version of the website. On the desktop site it states "In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value." So, I was very upset because the representative tried to tell me that what was delivered was part of their policy. It wasn't since they substituted flowers that are much cheaper than what I paid for. They offered to give me back 40% off the price before tax and delivery fee. So I spent $127.73 and they gave me back $43.83. I did not like my option of 40% back because I didn't want what they delivered. Also, I had to argue with the representative for over 25 minutes for them to offer 40% back because they were only offering 20% back. I have used other floral websites in the last few months to order about 5-6 arrangements. Any time I had an issue with an arrangement that was delivered they immediately offered me a refund or to send another bouquet. The customer service was bad and I would never recommend them to anyone. There are so many other services that are much better.

Recipient never received flowers. I called customer service multiple times. Each time I was told they were placing me on hold to contact florist. They would then click back to me several minutes later and say they couldn’t get ahold of florist. They would then say they would keep trying and call me back. They never called me back. I had to keep calling them. Finally after doing this for three weeks I stated I wanted a full refund. I do not believe this company for one second. Do not do business here.

Never ever order from this company. I paid for same day delivery and on the third day of being promised that they would be delivered I canceled my order. They lie and say the order will go but they do not send it. I have yet to see the refund on my credit card. They also have HORRIBLE customer service. Stay away.

I really wish I had read the reviews first. The flowers I ordered were not what was delivered. Half the size, missing certain items. Just very disappointed. Customer service gave me back 20% they should have given me 50% since that is what was received. Do NOT order from this company. I know I never will again!!! What was sent was so embarrassing.

This company lied and said an ordered was delivered when it wasn’t. It was for a friend that was recovering from a cancer treatment. Stay away!

I ordered flowers for my first cousin's funeral on December 6, 2022. The funeral was December 10, 2022. The cost was $144 41. The flowers 💐 were never delivered. I requested a refund, and received a full refund! They tried to get me to give the flowers to living relatives. I said NO! This company is a scam!
