This is total scam!!! Do Not order from this site. The flowers arrangement was nothing to what I ordered. It was supposed to be a special moment and they totally ruined it.

Awful. Never received my flowers. Customer service awful.

This place cheated me so bad! I ordered a medium arrangement of pink rosebuds and lilies sent to ME from NC. My niece was very ill. Instead, they delivered a SMALL arrangement of bloomed yellow roses and daisies. I called and they said they would send the correct arrangement. Then they said 50% off + 20%gift card. I said, keep that! I will never order from you again. Supervisor said full refund plus complimentary arrangement of seasonal flowers. It has the same fully bloomed out yellow roses, but by then I just gave up. I am calling Amazon today to see if they refunded anything. If not, I am sure Amazon will. NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE! If I hadn't checked with my sister-in-law, I would never have known how much they cheated me!! Also, there is no same day delivery, and it is an extra $2.99 charge for next day. I ordered on Sunday, they got there Tuesday. They did send the "comped" one same day.

Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a bouquet of white daisies in a clear vase for Mother's Day. They sent a bouquet of a bunch of random flowers in a red vase and like the other reviews stated that they will make substitutions if the requested flowers are not available. First off, there wasn't a single daisy in this bouquet, and all of the flowers were pink, nowhere CLOSE to what was ordered. After contacting them they gave me the runaround and said they would send the correct flowers. I never heard from them again and when I reached out a few months later they could no longer "locate" my order. Such a fraud of a company. DO NOT USE!!!

Cost over $50 and was positively dinky (small) will never use this site again!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I spent $72 on $10 worth of flowers! Delivered product looked nothing like the photos online. They sent the minimum amount of roses, wrong color, wrong vase, and used cheap carnations to fill in. I'm so embarrassed!

Horrible place to do business. DONT DO IT. Flowers never received, and they repeatedly asked for the same info over and over with support. Had to cancel and refund the order, and the birthday girl never got her flowers. Company has horrible reviews all over, should have done my research first. AVOID AT ALL COST

Total rip off. Delivered one day late. When called, they lied. The response was 'they attempted to deliver but no one was at home'. They have state of the art security system and when checked, NO ONE showed at the door the entire day. Also, the flowers delivered were of inferior quality. No where near the picture they show on their website....NEVER ORDER any services from 24 send flowers.
