They promised same day delivery. It was not delivered when I called they told me it would be delivered the next day and gave me a credit due to not delivered on correct day. Still not delivered on next day now there excuse cant find a florist to deliver in area so they will deliver 4 days later. I ask to cancel and refund since they cannot keep their promise Now they offer me a free bouquet for $50 why would I trust them to deliver it.

My fiancé never received the flowers I ordered and paid for. I called the service line which is serviced by a call-center in India and whose attendants have a very heavy accent that is difficult to understand. I was told that the flowers were delivered. I assured the attendant they were not as my fiancé was home all day and they never arrived. The attendant then informed me that they needed 48 hours to investigate the matter. I then asked to know the name of the actual florist that was to deliver the arrangement and was told it was against company policy to disclose that information. So I paid all most $200 dollars for flowers that as of 72 hours since ordering have not been delivered and I cannot even discover the actual florist that was supposed to be handling the order and I have no recourse. I asked for a refund of my money and they said they would not refund until they had finished investigating the matter. 3 days later, no flowers, no information and they have my money.

Terrible business... we ordered flowers for new baby on Wednesday to be delivered to hospital Thursday morning. Thursday evening we were informed delivery was not made. My wife requested flowers be delivered instead to house on Friday (as momma and baby were heading home). Friday afternoon we were told that the item ordered was unavailable and they substituted something else... we have no idea what was delivered. TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE sendflowers.com!!

This place sucks! I ordered SUPER expensive flowers that never came. Peps, do your research and buy your stuff somewhere else. Youre welcome!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt's birthday. They finally delivered 3 days late. They did send an email each day saying it would be the next day and seemed polite enough. But there was never a good explanation for delay. This just is not a serious company. I don't really trust them. I honestly thought I had been had. The stress and worry over the outcome of ordering is not worth it.

I paid $82 USD for a mini PINK orchid while ordered a double white orchid. I introduced a complaint and will see what's going to happen. Why specifying the size and color when you do order?

Should of read the reviews of this place, horrible. Sent roses to wife’s work for our anniversary. Website said same day delivery between 9-5. Waited and waited for them to show up and at 5 my wife left work with no flowers leaving me to look like an idiot. At 5:04 someone from the office sent her a text saying there’s some flowers that just showed up at this point I called to get a refund because I was very unhappy and told they can’t do that because they showed up right on time. BS! They offered a partial refund but I’d rather warn people of this place than even get a refund. DONT USE THIS PLACE!

My gf never received anything after paying 80 dollars. totally scam company!!!!! Should be ashamed of itself. AVOID.
