This place deserves zero stars. A relative had flowers sent to me on the 23rd and they did not arrive despite her getting a notification that they did. She called and they assured her that a different arrangement would be sent the next day by 6:00 p.m. and it was not. I was home both days. No knock or deliveries. She called on Christmas and told them she wants a refund and they try to talk her into doing a delivery the day after Christmas. This company is a scam and illegitimate. Shop local. Do not use a 3rd party.

Not at all what I ordered, it was Tiny and ugly and didn't have any of the floral arrangements shown on the picture. The most disappointing flowers I have ever ordered. They claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed but they would not refund my money. I've ordered many flower deliveries over decades and never had such a poor experience. I was actually quite embarrassed when my recipient sent me a picture of the flowers. They must have thought I was cheap

I would love to give zero stars don’t waste your money on this place.. they missed the delivery 3 times and the flowers were for a funeral they totally missed the event. They offered refund, I didn’t want the money back I wanted my flowers delivered when they were promised.

Ordered online for $87. Terrible arrangement and flowers. Looked like someone cut from back garden and plonked it in a vase. Very very dossapointing especially as it was for a both of a baby too. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Awful! Do not spend your money here! I ordered Christmas arrangements for family members and since I chose “Designers Choice,” (one of the only options listed for certain zip codes) they sent a sorry bouquet to each recipient. I could’ve gotten a nicer arrangement at ANY grocery store. When I called in all they could offer was to refund 20% of my orders. I will NEVER order from them again!!

After delivering they told me they had substituted a different arrangement, because they didn’t have the one I ordered. They should have told me before, so I could have cancelled. The also kept adding more to the price every time I looked at the order. Bad policies. Bad company.

This company has NO INTENSION of improvement. This company is falsifying products from other companies.

The flowers were ordered and paid for but never delivered. They did not bother to contact me to let me know that there would be no delivery , and I am still waiting on a refund. Customer support was hard to understand and kept making excuses and very rude. I’m about to call my bank and claim fraudulent charges. I wish we could give 0 stars because this company is a total scam.
