False advertising! 'Close to Heart' arrangement is shown as large arrangement making you think that is what you're getting but description says 16 inch. No option to chose larger one.

Ordered twice and delivery was not made on time. When I did get the delivery, my order was missing items both times. Same day delivery is bogus. When I called customer service about my order and missing items they hung up in my face. Never ordering from this company again.

1st time using them they didn't deliver what was ordered. 2nd time didn't deliver at all. Ruined someone special's birthday. They don't respond to customer service forms or answer phone calls. Never again.

I place 2 orders one for mom and one for wife my moms got there ok but was nothing like pic the other one never made it to my wife got a email on mothers day that it was out of stock then you can’t contact any one they take your money and now they can’t find the order even with the order number so no refund have to dispute worth credit card send flowers suck the worst never again what a sorry company

The flowers I ordered for my beloved niece for Mother’s Day that were to be on 05/11/2024 NEVER Arrived ..I will never order flowers again from this company.

Ordered mom flowers for Mother’s Day , paid extra to get delivered, no delivery, then they promised next day no delivery again, then they finally deliver her flowers on the next day, but a completely different bouquet. Picked out a pretty $75 bouquet with a very nice blue vase, got something that looked like it was picked out of a field with a cheap clear vase. Made them do a full refund, we’ll see if they honor that.never will use them again.

Do not use this company! The prices seem enticing but you will not get anything near what you chose. I could have spend $12.99 at the grocery store for WAY better flowers. There was no notification of substitutions. Ordered the DELUXE "Bouquet of Tulips & Roses" and got a vase with 80% greenery, 2 roses, 2 carnations, and 2 daisies. Then, when I called customer service they only wanted to refund 20%. I had to haggle to get a measly 50% refund but I only was refunded 50% on the bouquet, not the total purchase price. Will NEVER order from this company again because they obviously don't hold their florists accountable.

It was not what I expected, they gave me wrong order and it doesn't look nothing like what you purchased. The flowers were all dry and it was for mothers day. I live in Texas and my mom lives in FL. and I wanted to surprise her for mothers day with a gift..but it was horrible. Wouldn't recommend buying from here.
