Absolutely horrific. I would NEVER use them again. It’s a scam. Fail #1: They canceled my order soon after I bought it because it was out of stock. When I finally saw the email, it was too late for same day delivery. Fail #2: when they sent the email, they said call customer service but there was no phone number for customer service. I had to track it down on the website. Fail #3: when I called customer service they wouldn’t tell me how much the new options would cost and tried to charge me almost $20 more than the original order and charge me for delivery even though I had free delivery on the first one. I had to give them my credit card number at least three times because they won’t tell yo how much it costs until you give them your credit card details.

Horrible , I wish I read reviews. Ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered on Tuesday for birthday.6 pm and Not delivered - contacted customer service, they promised to call recipient and apologise ( haven’t done it ) and deliver flowers next day first thing ( still not delivered and again I’m wasting my time with customer services ). Avoid !!!

Did not deliver the flowers. No email, no contact from them, Ordered baby gift for same day delivery May 23rd. Not delivered. We called them and they promised to deliver May 24th. Not delivered. We called again and were told they would deliver on May 28th! We obviously canceled the order and called a real flower delivery company.

I don't recommend using this service!! SendFlowers failed to deliver a Mother's Day arrangement two days before Mother's Day and emailed a message stating the flowers were delivered. Nothing was delivered!!! Unprofessional and terrible service commitment.

It is now close to 7:00 pm and birthday flowers still have not arrived. Spent $76 and go to the tracking page and discover the flowers are being delivered by UPS. The order originated in Pa going to Maryland....none of this makes sense. This company just sucks and I wouldn't use them again even if it was free.

Do Not Buy from SendFlowers.com. Ordered flowers for my sister's funeral for 5/17/24 one arrangement didn't even show up and the other arrangement was late. On 5/18/2024 they sent me a message saying they were unable to find a florist that could deliver the flowers on time, which was too late to order more flowers. They had plenty of time to notify me. They did refund this part of my order. Be aware that the Close to My Heart arrangement description is 16" and is not the large heart that they picture. It has NO large roses in it and no option to order a larger one.

Poor service Placed an order with them to send flowers to my Daughter for getting engaged. First excuse the florist got stuck in traffic. Second Excuse sorry we could not deliver it today but for sure tomorrow. Third excuse you have two names please pick one . Fourth excuse we promise it will be delivered today and we are sorry the flower didn’t reach recipients in time for funeral. Dumb asses its engagement not funeral. Last chance today it will be delivered today but sorry only by end of the day . My daughter lives in proper town not in the boonies that these people can’t deliver . Very Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed.
