AWFUL service !!! My delivery was for June 17 , that day I tracked my order and it said it was delayed , until Next day , I called costumer service and they told me they were not responsible of the delivery . Long story short …. The delivery was done until June 21st . Obviously the flowers were horrible, it had a chocolate box as well, and chocolates were MELTED !!!. And they told me that they were going to make me a total refund , which I did not receive as well. NEVER NEVER EVER use this site please .!!

This place is a joke. I ordered a small stuffed bear with small balloons to be sent to my daughter after she had her baby. They received an ugly blue rabbit with 12 large Mylar balloons! The rabbit looked like it came from the dollar store. When I called, they apologized and said the correct order would be sent the next day. ( she’s now home). It has been 8 days since she had her baby. Every day I get an email apologizing the delivery won’t be there. Last phone call I was told they can’t even find anywhere that has the Bear to deliver. Unbelievable. I’m supposed to be getting a refund. We’ll see.

Even 1* is to much. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my granddaughter for her ballet recital because I was out of town. The flowers never arrived so she didn’t know I had wanted her to have flowers after her recital. I was so angry and they had now explanation of why this happened. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company for flower delivery.

Wish I would have seen all this before I ordered these for a sick friend. Absolutely do not buy from this company. They are a complete scam in the flowers that I ordered are not even being delivered now even though they definitely made sure they took my money.

I ordered flowers for my late aunts funeral viewing. I placed the order online on Sunday evening for a Monday delivery to the funeral home, ( It advertised for same day delivery for an extra charge). I expected the flowers to arrive there by Monday, if not by Tuesday at the latest. The full viewing being from 6PM to 8PM. On Monday, I received an email telling me they would have to reschedule the delivery for the next day. I get a call around 5:30PM on that Tuesday, right before going to the viewing with my mother, saying that they will have to reschedule to delivery for the next day. The point is that the flowers be on display at the funeral home…not arriving at the actual burial. The reps are from a call center in India, they have no sense of urgency no any clue as to what company they represent. They also relay on 3rd party relations, which they appear to have no relationship with. A very embarrassing and horrible experience while already dealing with a loss of a family member. I would warn everyone who reads this to double check any floral delivery company,as to how they source their vendors.

If I could have rated a zero, that's what I would have done!! Spent $80 on an arrangement for my granddaughter, and what they sent her, I could have thrown together myself with walmart flowers and spent $20 if there was a way to post pics with this review, I definitely would have

Flowers delivered, nothing like the ones ordered. I complained, they said substitution a possibility, offered $10 off a future purchase. The flowers delivered were not even arranged I sent them pictures, wish I could include photos in this review! Update: another delivery was made, still not what they advertised. It was nicer than the first arrangement and a partial refund was given. I give them 2 1/2 stars.

MY REVIEW IS PRETTY MUCH LIKE EVERYONE ELSES. FLOWERS WERE TWO DAYS LATE, AND THEY SENT A PEACE LILLY. DEFINETLY NOT WHAT I ORDERED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THEM DELIVERD ON TIME. I GUESS I WASNT AS LUCKY AS EVERYONE ELSE, I ONLY GOT A 20% REFUND
