Do yourself a favor and find an actual florist. I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday and paid the additional cost for the Premium version. I wish I could include pictures with this review because I am embarrassed at what showed up on my mother's porch. It honestly looked as if I purchased the bouquet from my local grocery store. It was limp, paltry, had 3 roses, and was nowhere near what is advertised on the site. They get 2 stars for the quick response from customer service and a partial refund but I will never make the mistake of using this site again.

Ordered flowers for a sick friend. Was listed as a Capital One venture card cash back promotion. Order was easy enough and delivery was to be the next day. The flowers were never delivered. I emailed their customer service numerous times and they would immediately apologize profusely and then promise to get the local florist to deliver. One employee confirmed delivery to the correct address but my friend never received it. Just was NEVER DELIVERED. Now I am waiting for a refund. Next time I will go with the companies I typically use because this company was no cheaper. My order was $56.07 for a dozen roses in a vase. That is about what I pay for the same thing with ProFlowers or 800-Flowers. Very disappointed.

This happened several days ago I picked out a beautiful arrangement on the site paid deluxe price they got to my daughter the same day but they were mostly greenery with a small selection of flowers. Wrong vase wrong bow. Not what I ordered. Deluxe to me means more flowers less greenery my daughter was happy though I was mad they offered me a 15% discount I said No I want my money totally refunded I did not get what was in the picture.they did refund my money.

The flowers delivered looked NOTHING like I ordered, so I was disappointed. Different vase, no ribbon, totally different flowers. I wont order from them again.
