First, on the day of the supposed delivery, they message and apologize and say they will deliver the next day. The next day I get a call and they tell me they can't find anyone to deliver to that area. The zip code is entered at the time of the order. If you can't deliver there, don't have it as an option!

The arrangement did not look anything like the picture I chose when I place the order. Was told they would be redelivered but company failed to do so.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter for Mother's Day. They were supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day. Then I was told to call the company. This was on Monday. They said there was a delay and the flowers would be delivered on Wednesday. Not much I could do so I said ok. Then on Wednesday, another call, another delay and they wouldn't be delivered until Saturday! Almost a week late! I got upset and said "Bullshit! You said they would be there on Wednesday. What is the problem" The agent said just a moment... he put me on hold for a while then came back and said "ok, they will be delivered today". Now, it's Thursday and they're saying not until Saturday!

If you are expecting the flowers to be delivered on the day you requested you would be mistaken. I even verified with them that it would be delivered on the day I requested and not only did not come in but it came 3 days late. They offered 10% compensation but it totaled out to be $3 back which wasn't even close to what i paid. Scam of a company.

Honestly, my first few orders went well. I easily spent over $200 on several orders. Then, all of a sudden, about a week or so ago, they started a “$57 minimum,” or, at least I hadn’t experienced it before. Then, on Mother’s Day, I ordered stuff for my mom, my girlfriend (from her son) and 1 from me. My mom got hers. The one from her son came. Mine did not, but they sent me a delivered notice. I called customer service. A recording literally says “if you received a delivery confirmation without the flowers, don’t worry, it MAY still be in transit.” Customer service is in a different country and it is very hard to understand them. They told me “wait until 6.” I did. They did give me a refund, but the experience changed so much over the last few weeks, I will never order from them again.

Never trust them, specially if you want your delivery in a specific day , they will charge you premium and on the day they will say its delayed, they dont know the point of a specific day delivery though they charge premium. Full scam

I place an order 8 days in advance with Send flowers for a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a nice vase. It was for Mother's Day and they indicated I would receive it the day before. It was stated on my receipt too. I waited until the end of the day on Saturday and nothing came, so I contacted Send Flowers, only to find out that my order would not get to me until 2 days after Mother's Day. They had my information and could have contacted me, but did not. I f I don't call, my wife would have gotten nothing for Mother's Day. Then, they thought that offering me a 20% discount on my order would make it all good (their nerve!), when the whole point was for my wife to get it on mother's Day. I ended up cancelling the order and having to rush out to get something else at the very last minute. It was very disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered purple rose basket. Left at door and took a picture. NO ROSES!!! How can you call it a purple rose basket if there are no purple roses in it! Could have picked up roses from the supermarket! Totally ruined my gift. Wish I had checked the bad reviews first. WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.
