1 star because they refunded me for delivery and fee for same day delivery. VERY unsatisfied. SO unreliable. On Friday, I ordered a sympathy bouquet for my friend who lost his MIL, paid for same day/weekend delivery, aware that it would be delivered by the next day, Saturday. It wasn’t delivered Saturday. I called on Sunday to follow up, they said they would refund me the same-day delivery charge as well as the delivery fee and that it would be sent that day. It wasn’t delivered Sunday. Or Monday. I called Tuesday very upset that it still hasn’t been delivered. They said it will be delivered Tuesday by 7pm. Still hasn’t been delivered. My friend is taking his wife out of town for a week to heal and will not be able to receive the flowers if they were to be sent Wednesday or even the weekend. Thank you so much for nothing but disappointment.

Ordered $70 flowers to be delivered today. Received a delivered email and yet no one arrived with flowers. Called. Clearly offshore customer service proceeds to tell me repeatedly I must check with the recipient. I said I’m with the recipient. Proceeds to say oh well they will be there tomorrow. I said no. I ordered for delivery today. Says they mark them delivered sometimes even though they didn’t but they will come tomorrow. I said no that’s fraud refund me. Says I’ll give you 20% off and they will be there tomorrow. Now yelling, NO refund me. This is fraud. We aren’t even home to receive them tomorrow. Finally cancels order and refunds - now I get to hold my breath on that refund making it to my account.

The flowers already looked sad and wilted when I got them. The next day, they were dying. I took them out of the vase and it was a horror story, filled with an ugly piece of netting, for some reason, and a whole lot of old dirty foam into which the stems had been jammed. Uncaring and unprofessional. The stems had not been correctly cut, and I have never seen a worse job.

My sister sent me flowers for my birthday. Nice arrangement: 2 pink roses, some carnations a bit of greens in a blue vase. I sent my sister a picture and she almost had a heart attack. She had ordered an $80 bouquet with at least 8 roses and 4 different flowers in a clear, square glass vase. My flowers looked like a child had picked them and nothing like the picture. So I went to the flower shop to complain. Their answer: Well we have to make a living, the internet company takes their cut… this whole thing is a scam from beginning to end. Do not buy from them!!!!!

After what happened today I will never use this company again. I ordered balloons for my 12 year old Instead of I’m getting balloons for birthday you receive flowers and a condolence card saying sorry for your loss

I never got through an order. I placed an online order, got confirmation, then later was told that they needed more information. That happens. I called, pushed the correct number, entered my order number. Then I got an agent who again asked for the order number, my name, the recipients address, my address, then told me it was the wrong dept. Then I was transferred and on put hold for another department who asked the same questions and then everything about the order. I told them to just place the order to which they replied that if I did not answer they would void the order. I told them to cancel. Why do companies have online systems if you have to then deal with an operator? And why, if they are asking for a number, can this not be available to the agents? Now I have no delivery, I have wasted my time, and wish I had read these reviews.

I just spent $52 on a bouquet of greenery with a few flowers thrown in, that I sent to a dear friend who just underwent emergency appendectomy surgery. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture they show..that arrangement was beautiful. I am so disappointed and saddened that my friend didn't get what she should have gotten. I will never use sendflowers.com again. I should have paid attention to the reviews..Lesson learned... disgusting how they scam people

Do not buy from them if you need flowers for a specific special day. I placed an order to be delivered on Dec 6th and on the day of, they sent an email saying the order will be delayed until Dec 10th. Since I needed the flowers on the date I originally requested, I called to cancel the order which went smoothly. I also placed an order for same day delivered on Dec 6th. Those flowers came in on time but, the flowers were not bloomed AT ALL. This wouldn’t be a problem if I did not need the flowers on the intended date but, since they were ordered on Dec 6th to be ready and fully bloomed for my birthday, I was not satisfied with the flowers. I called again to explain the issue and they told me they would send me a new bouquet of flowers free of charge. On Dec 7th they sent me and email that my flowers have been delivered but they were no where to be found therefore, I never received them. They did process a refund smoothly after explaining this issue, but this is very inconvenient and disappointing especially spending $80 on the flowers to begin with.
