I am seeking a process by which I can be sure that SendFlowers orders sent to me in Tucson DO NOT come from Abandale Florist

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Ordered a sympathy bouquet to be delivered Christmas Eve. I used PayPal and now no transactions are showing in PayPal anymore, even though they state they refunded me. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered a Christmas arrangement Dec 6th to be delivered Dec 23rd. They never arrived. I was told a different arrangement would be sent out on the 24th after 10am. They had to change my order because they didnt have the supplies. Nothing. 2nd call they would arrive by 6pm. 3rd call by 7pm... still nothing. 4th call... now they will send them the 26th.... I cancelled the order. DO NOT USE SENDFLOWERS.COM

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from your company. I placed an order for flowers with the expectation that they would be delivered as planned. Unfortunately, not only were the flowers not delivered, but I was also never informed that the flowers I ordered were unavailable. This lack of communication and failure to meet your advertised services is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on your company’s reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your failure to notify me or offer an alternative solution has left me frustrated and deeply disappointed. This experience has been the most unsatisfactory encounter I have had with any company. I trusted your business to deliver on your promises, and you failed to meet even the most basic expectations of service. Please know that I will be sharing my experience with others to warn them of the risks of ordering from your company. If you cannot meet customer needs, you should reconsider advertising services you cannot reliably provide.

I ordered a bouquet called Treasured Rose bouquet. Online, the arrangement was full, symmetrical, contained roses as well as small mums and red holly berries. It was suitable for a table centerpiece. My friends received an asymmetrical, lanky bouquet of long needled fir branches, tall, with a few red carnations and one spray of small white carnations tipped with pink. Not even close to how it should have looked. And definitely not even close to what I had paid for value.

The worst company EVER. Do not use. Delivery delayed multiple times despite paying for same day delivery. Finally cancelled order. Difficulty getting money back.

I tried twice to order what looked like a beautiful and reasonably priced centerpiece for my in-laws. Everything about the SendFlowers.com website looked legit and professional. I didn’t think I needed to check if it was legitimate before I placed an order. Wrong! This site is fraudulent! The flowers were never delivered and what I got were offers of meaningless discounts and an email that says if my credit card is not refunded the full amount, to contact my bank! I’m also out $75+ dollars! Do NOT use this site. It’s a scam. So, so sad that consumers are now forced to research a business before they place an order.
