One of my orders were not delivered on time. The second order they sent the wrong Flowers with a dead balloon and awful flowers orange ones for Valentine’s Day when I ordered pink and purple. I put this order in 17 days in advance and still they got it wrong.

Flower's not delivered on the day they were supposed to be. Very important occasion ruined. Every time I have used this service, same outcome. Do not use this service! They will not deliver

if I could give LESS than 1 start I would. This Company is the ABSOLUTE worst. Sneaking in charges that do not apply, and I did not agree to. Then try dealing with their customer service and you're guaranteed an entirely new level of frustration. I guess I thought, 'it's just flowers, what could go wrong'? Well that's why reviews are there, and I'm kicking myself for being in a hurry, and not checking them out. These people are the WORST of the WORST, and it's solely down to the incredibly horrible customer service!!! I spent over $165 for 2 orders, and the customer service is utter garbage!

Your company is bull shit I paid for next day delivery They never show, then they tried to say no one was home take the money and run more like it 🖕

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered one day to be delivered the next. Flowersnever had arrived by 3 days later despite my credit card being charged immediately. So far "customer service" is just sending emails to me after I inquired, blaming the local floral shop and saying they need to check with them. No resolution and into the 3rd day.

I wish there was a less than one star rating I'm pretty sure that they hacked my f****** bank account and did nothing to appease me this place is nothing but a fraudulent company probably working for f****** China. I have grievances in and I have put blocks and everything everybody else needs to do the same this is not a legit place

One is too generous a rating.I ordered a simple balloon bouquet to be delivered and they happily took my money but couldn't deliver for days. Horrible!

I ordered flowers from sendflowers.com. I chose a flower arrangement with plants that were not toxic to cats. I paid the up charge and went to the medium bouquet Arrangement instead of the economy. I then get a notification later after the florist is closed, saying they don't have the plants I ordered in stock. My order was not delivered same day, like I was charged for. I called the sendflowers.com customer service and they promised me that someone would call me and send me a picture of what they were substituting before I approved it. That did not happen. When I tried to cancel my order they kept offering me a bigger discount. They took 30% off of the order, but didn't keep their promise for me to approve the plants. When I called today, they couldn't tell me what was substituted and they said they were not allowed to tell me what florist it was coming from. I said that I've already paid and once it's delivered I will know what florist delivered it. So I needed to speak to them now to make sure they didn't send toxic plants. They refused to give me the information. The flowers have been delivered, but it's in Sympathy for the death of my friend's husband. I didn't want to pass to her and tell her what a bad experience I had. So I'm waiting to hear from her that she received them. This was a total train wreck. I will never ever ever order from sendflowers.com again. I would advise you to only order from them if you don't care what kind of bouquet you get or how quickly they really deliver it. Personally, if I drop 70 bucks on flowers, I want some control over what's going to be sent. I don't care if I did get 30% off in the end. Run, don't walk, to your nearest florist locally. That way you're guaranteed the quality and exact specifications that you would like to send.
