Ordered before reading reviews. Thought I made a mistake after I placed the order. Im glad my order was not like the reviews I previously saw. The order was completely great, and on-time. The tracking does not work. Ordered them around 10am the day before and they showed up around 11am today. The flowers I ordered are the flowers I got. The website subcontracted the flowers depending on your local area. Everything worked well! My flowers were ordered on sendflowers.com but bowkay designs in keller made and delivered the flowers and did a beautiful job.

I was supposed to have 3 Thanksgiving centerpieces delivered on the wed before. 1 came around 5pm with the delivery due by 6pm. I received an email at 610pm that they are unable to fulfill my order. Update, the company made good on one of the missing items and gave a full refund.

I see all the bad reviews but my experience was very good. I went online day before Valentines. It showed what options were and were not available. I went with florist choice, no vase, and a nice bouquet with a vase was delivered mid-day. Overall I thought a good value against other options.

For ordering flowers literally last minute they did an excellent job!! The only complaint I have is I ordered a box of chocolates too and was charged for them but they were never delivered. Other than that the flowers are gorgeous!!

I ordered flowers for my boyfriend one day before his birthday. I was in hurry looking at the flowers. I choose the website when I saw the paypal logo and order it immediately since I'm from another country. After I bought it, I was looking at the reviews and I was shocked because they have many bad reviews. The next day when they delivered the flowers, I chatted them multiple times to check if they deliver it on time. Luckily the flowers arrived in the afternoon and look pretty and fresh. The flowers not as big as the catalog picture. FYI I chose deluxe (from the website - deluxe means flowers will be arranged as similarly to our website picture as possible). But I'm relieved the flowers not as bad as the reviews here. I think I have to say thanks to local florist in Boston, they did a great job lol
