I placed an order for sympathy flowers for a family memorial service. I was notified the next day that the provider could not fill as ordered but that something equivalent would be supplied. Flowers were delivered but they were in no way equivalent. HOWEVER customer service responded immediately to my complaint. They first offered a partial reimbursement then finally a full reimbursement. I was very pleased with the response from customer service.

The rep was very pleasant and I confirmed and even called back to confirm that the arrangements be what I order, when a picture was sent to me from the recipient the arrangements was beautiful but not! What I ordered, if you do place an order with send flowers.com please confirm that you do not have your arrangements done by "wecareforyou" FYI. Otherwise I was offered a refund of 50 percent and $10 discount on next order I will give send flowers the benefit of the debt.

UPDATE: I called customer service and they agreed to resend another arrangement. I will update my review to 3 stars, pending the delivery of the second arrangement because they were very responsive to my complaint. I ordered a premium fresh cut flower arrangement for my mother's birthday and although they confirmed next day delivery when I ordered, I got an email stating the delivery would be delayed until the day after her birthday. When the bouquet arrived, it was NOT the premium size as advertised on the website and they did not include the flowers they said were included in the bouquet. It was very disappointing and I'd advise you to seek out other floral delivery services and stay away from this one.
