I've been pleased with the flowers, which I've been told are very nice. However, I find their prices quite expensive and am charged an additional $13.99 on top for delivery. I had some questions and wrote to their customer service, but they don't address my quesitons and don't appear to care very much. The next time I will probably search for another florist.

If it wasn't for the fact that my mom was happy to receive a bouquet on her birthday I would be giving this review the one star definitely. There were multiple issues! First off the delivery driver didn't even bother to knock on the door or ring the doorbell they just left it on the porch in the sun and if it wasn't for the fact that I got a delivery email nobody would have known it was there. Second problem the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the photo! I picked this particular one because the arrangement was filled with all of my mom's favorite colors shades of pink and burgundy and it was beautiful along with the vase. Also going back to the first problem because it was sitting out on the porch after I received the email and had to go get the arrangement myself off of her porch and hand it to her myself and that's when I noticed that the arrangement they gave me wasn't even fresh the majority of the flowers were brittle and falling apart. It honestly looks like they went to the nearest grocery store bought something out of the store and put in a vase!!! My mom was happy because it was a birthday gift for her but I feel like she would have been even more happy had it been the arrangement that I ordered with all her favorite colors in it, I will not be using this service again.

I ordered an arrangement because of the jar it was in and a different arrangement was sent with a different jar. It was supposed to be more fall than spring.

First they did not deliver on the promised date. And when they were going to delivery two days later, they were going to substitute what I ordered. They did cancel my order and issue a refund.

I ordered 2 dozen Yellow Roses for a very good friend of mine for her Birthday. She recieved roses that were a hybrid of yellow and red. Distinctly not what I ordered. They sent out a replacement order of the same exact flowers. 2nd strike. When I called to ask for a refund I was told the best they could was 30%. I took it because I was tired of dealing with them. They refunded $11.41 on a $53.00 order. I guess you can see the issue! I will not ever use them again nor would I ever suggest them to anyone I know.

Call the florist direct, next time. While the order was nice, it was nothing like the photo I ordered from. The delivered vase was cheap, clear. I ordered blue square vase. The flowers were to contain lillies and more blue, I got white carnations and a few roses. Not worth the $60+ at all.

Image of bouquet showed several roses, the actual bouquet had only one. It was also about half the size of the image I ordered. It sucked🙄

The bucket itself wasn't bad, but the service... I ordered a birthday bucket to be delivered on Oct. 27.  On Oct. 25th I received an e-mail saying: "Thank you for your recent purchase with SendFlowers.com! Our records show that your order has been delivered to Name of Receiver on 10/27/2022." On Oc. 26 I placed a call to customer service. They assure me that the bucket will be delivered tomorrow (Oct. 27th). In reality, my daughter had delivery 2 days before schedule. During the ordering, I asked to put a Happy Birthday note. It never happened. Never ever again do business with this type of service.
